Lotus herbals Transluscent loose Powder Rouge Lustre: It’s a pretty peachy pink blush with very fine golden glitter in it. It found it an excellent shade for most Indian Skin tones. Lotus herbals Transluscent loose Powder Rouge LustreIceberg: It’s a true silver shade.  The shimmer is fine. Cna be used both of body and for highlighting of cheeks. Lotus herbals Transluscent loose Powder IcebergSunset Beach: This looks like a real gold powder to me. loll!! Again , can be used both on body and cheeks for highlighting. The shimmer is fine and not chunky. Lotus herbals Transluscent loose Powder Sunset BeachWhat I love about the Lotus Herbals Translucent Loose Powder?

  • It’s all natural and herbal.
  • The shimmers are super fine and it spreads evenly all over.
  • Has SPF 15. Happy Happy!
  • To me, it smells like light rose petals. Like it!
  • Comes with an autopuff, so you don’t need an extra blush brush to apply it. Also there is a round mirror attached on the top. The overall packaging makes it compact and easier to carry around.
  • The shades are pretty. 2 highlights, one blush. Both the highlighters make a great body highlighter. Especially if you wear deep necks, just dab these without any worry of looking OTT or chunky glitter doll. 😛
  • I have not used powder puff on myself still (will tell you later on, why), just swatched the powder directly from the tubs once for trial purposes so I wouldn’t be able to tell you the effectiveness of the puffs. All I can tell you is that the puffs are very soft and cushion like.
  • The packaging is cute and the covers are tight.
  • The best thing that I liked about them was that the containers are filled with the product till the rim. They are going to last you for a long time.

Lotus herbals Transluscent loose Powder SPF 15 I didn’t find any flaw with the product. In fact these are fun product. You can just enjoy using them! 🙂 Lotus herbals loose Powder Following are the swatches. the shimmer is so fine that the camera was not picking up the colours when I blended it so these are the un-blended swatches, just to show you the shades. Lotus herbals Transluscent loose Powder swatches Indian Makeup and Beauty Blog Rating : :-*:-* :-* (for the overall product) and  :-* for making such fine shimmer. = :-* :-* :-* :-*

  1. why have you not used the powder puff on yourself?
while i was looking for an affordable loose powder, i didn’t have much choice. i bought the lakme one which costs 99 bucks and so far it has given me no reason for complaint. that powder has a nice rosy fragrance too. the other one on the market was from (i believe) maybelline, but it was tooooooo shimmery. i’ll definitely look out for these the next time (which is a long way off. the lakme powder comes in a huge box.)

    1. Rima,is it the Lakme Rose Powder that you are talking about?I am thinking of buying it.Can you please provide us with a little more information(if it is the rose powder that you are talking about) about it.

      1. yeah i’m talking about the rose powder. it costs on 99 bucks so even if it doesn’t work out for you, you don’t lose much. the powder is quite finely milled but it contains talc. i don’t have a problem with that. most powders in the market are either white (don’t know where that came from) or the various shades of the skin. the lakme rose powder (the one i have) is light pink in colour and that’s the reason why it doesn’t stand out and look odd on the face. i use a light dusting of this using a large fluffy kabuki brush to blot out any oiliness after applying foundation/concealer. if you’re looking for something that’s going to give you coverage then this isn’t the product for you. the powder has a lingering rose fragrance and comes in a large jar. the top of the jar has four little holes so that you can control the amount of powder that comes out. the powder puff that has been supplied is thin and scratchy, but i don’t use it anyway. it would be best to invert the jar and tap off the necessary amount of powder into the large lid, swirl a brush lightly into it and dust it on your face. at least that’s what i do.

        hope that helped you, rs!

  3. You will know why I have not used the auto puff on myself soon. 😛 Where have been btw? MIA?

Oh the Lakme powder is more if a finishing powder. These are like highlighting powders. So different things.

I have seen these autopuffs in Lakme and colorbar. Both were full of glitter. So I never bought them. 🙁

Thank you. A friend did it for me. 🙂

    1. oh no i’m very much here reading all your posts. i realized that these are highlighting powders after posting my comment. you see, i have a very bad habit of commenting even before i read the whole article. 😀
you’re right, all such powders seem too glittery. i find that they look odd even for parties and weddings. i’ll check these out at the store and see how i like them once my rose powder gets over, which as i said earlier, won’t happen for a loong loong time!
