I hope you are all having a wonderful week. I recently laid my hands on MUA brushes and I cannot stress enough on how happy I am for grabbing those. I have always been a fan of MUA, especially since I got my Undressed Me Too Palette, and the brushes haven’t failed to satisfy me either.
Medium angled, tapered, flat top brush. Ideal for applying shadow in the corner, in the crease or all over the lid. It is especially handy for contouring and smudging any eye look. To get a deeper dimensional eye makeup look, fill in the crease of your eye with a darker MUA eye shadow with the tip of the angled angled brush. Dab the shadow on the angled tip, and then drag the color from the inner eye crease all the way to the end. Give your eyes a cat-like look by lifting the shadow slightly at the end. Go over the entire eye shadow application with E3 soft, round blending eye shadow brush. Cruelty free, Synthetic brushes suitable for all skin types!
It is priced at 1.95 pounds and I had purchased it thinking I would not achieve the results that I want, but Boy!! I was surprised! Read further to know more 🙂
My Experience with Makeup Academy E2 Contour Eyeshadow Brush:
Even though Makeup Academy sells their products at the lowest prices, they never compromise with the quality! I love this brand because it sells more than what is expected out of it! The E2 contour eye shadow brush is black in color with a glossy wand, similar to the other brushes. The brush is really soft and the angle in the brush makes it easy to create smokey eye looks or to add colors to the outer part of the eye. It has medium density and is great for adding dimension to the eye.
You can blend nicely by placing the brush on your socket facing downwards and then sweeping it back and forth to create the perfect look. The brush is made in a good size and shape, also it is very soft. The brush doesn’t shed even after it has been washed several times, which I like, because there are other brushes available in the market which are priced extravagantly, but shed like crazy.
They look a lot more expensive than they really are. I have also tried using this brush for contouring my nose and it does a great job at it as well. Overall, I find these one of the finest quality brushes available in the market especially for those who are on a budget!
