Like I said in my earlier posts, I recently bought tons of Milani products and this is one of them. This is perfect for those who travel a lot and cannot carry too many makeup products along. This is a 2-in-1 brow and eye liner pen which is available in three different colours (only the brow part has different colours). I picked up the Dark Brown and Black combo because I have like jet black brows. Anyways, here are my thoughts on this product.

My Thoughts on Milani Eye Tech Define – 2-in-1 Brow + Eyeliner Felt-Tip Pen:
Packaging: The packaging is pretty good. One side has the eyeliner side and the other one is the brow part. The felt tip eyeliner is quite thin and the brow one looks like a calligraphy sketch pen.
Since the product has two sides, I want to individually talk about both the sides because my views are completely different for both!
Eyeliner side – The felt tip liner is thin and richly pigmented. It is a nice black and satin finish liner which is easy to work with. You can get a thin wing and a fat one too. It doesn’t dry down quickly as it has a slight watery consistency which is a little problematic. Once it dries, it doesn’t look flat matte but has a little shine to it which I love. It stays on my oily eye lids for about 8 hours which is amazing. Make sure you don’t let the liner get into your eyes otherwise they will burn like crazy. I accidentally rubbed my eyes while it was a little wet, and it burned like hell. The product doesn’t transfer at all if you let it dry for a while. Once it is dried, it is stuck to your eye lids. I love this felt tip liner. It is not waterproof which is amazing because it is easy to remove.
Brow side – The brow product is like a sketch pen and if you have sparse hair, don’t use this. Application was a little messy because it was a bit runny and had a satin finish. I used this twice and I am not going to use it for my brows ever again. I will use this as a brown eyeliner instead because that is what the formula is all about. This is long wearing but it just looks way too much on the brows. It is way too pigmented to be used on the brows and for someone with less hair, you just cannot use it. It looked so funny on my brows; I have no words to express it. lol! I am going to use this product but as an eyeliner and not as a brow pen.

Cons of Milani Eye Tech Define – 2-in-1 Brow + Eyeliner Felt-Tip Pen:
• Can irritate the eyes if used on the waterline.
• Brow pen is a little messy for your brows.
• The brow pen cannot be used for the brows as it looks too drawn on and gives a satin finish too; avoid using it for your brows please!

I am cutting marks for the brow pen because it looks so funny on the brows. I just cannot put it on my brows at all.
Would I Recommend/Repurchase Milani Eye Tech Define – 2-in-1 Brow + Eyeliner Felt-Tip Pen?
I do recommend the product because it is long wearing and affordable. I will not repurchase because I would like to try other eyeliner pens.
