This one for HD and Anu. They wanted to see how close is NARS Orgasm Blush to Lakme Peach Affair Blush and Bourjois # 33 Blush.
Lakme Blush Peach Affiar vs NARS Orgasm Blush
NARS Orgasm blush has pink/coral undertones while Lakme Peach Affair blush has reddish brown undertones. Can say they are close but not dupes.
Peach affair doesn’t have any pink in it. Beautiful blush otherwise especially for most Indian skin tones.

Now these two look exactly the same in pan.
But see the swatches:
The Bourjois blush is a soft pink blush with golden glitter and the glitter is not like a sheen, it’s a pure glitter. Also it lacks the apricot effect/ warmth that NARS blush has in it.
I am confused which one is a dupe. ?:-) Which one do you think?
I personally think Lakme Peach Affair comes closer.

Even I feel Lakme comes close to NARS..The Bourjois one has glitter and not sheen/shimmer like you mentioned..Looks more chunky in terms o glitter isn’t it?
How much is the Lakme one for Rati?
yeah, I found the glitter a little chunky. I prefer more of sheen than a glitter per se in my blushes but that’s a just a preference thing. 🙂 Also bourjois one is a normal pretty pink blush.
I think Lakme one is for around 350. Not sure though…

Neither is.Colorbar is more closer and has golden shimmer like nars orgasm.BTW did you know there is also a super orgasm from nars? Now you will have to investigate more dupes :laugh:

Yeah, colorbar blush still comes very close even with it’s cooler undertones (as compared to the NARS blush).

I think you’d find lakme blushes more powdery than your colorbar ones. That’s what I felt.
from what i see from online swatches, milani’s luminous is the closest dupe of nars orgasm. maybe you can give it a try if you are able to get it in india!

Am definitely going to get my hands on Nars by Dec! Do u think Nars Bronzer and Blush Duo would be a better buy? I think its around $35.
Vinitha, but that duo only if you USE bronzers. Don’t buy it just because it’s nice . And yeah I def think it’s a great duo because NARs blush works both as a highlighter and a blush so something matte along with it would compliment. 🙂
