Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach Review

My biggest skin concern is my lip pigmentation and the dryness my lips suffer from. Apart from mascaras, I also hoard lip balms because of my lips, and most lip balms I try are not hydrating enough for me; they barely add any moisture to my lips. I have tried lip balms from most of the drug store brands and they failed to impress me, so I added a few lip balms to my Korean skincare haul.

Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach Review

Price: $4.36
Product Description:
Treat dry, chapped lips to this moisturizing lip balm! Containing milk extract enriched with protein and moisture, the lip balm keeps your lips smooth and thoroughly kissable. Available in 3 colors, each of a different scent.

My Experience with Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach:

I have used lip tints by Peripera and they worked as they claimed they would. They added a nice tint to my lips without drying my lips. Hence, I had the same expectations from the lip balms from this brand. Fortunately, they did not let me down. A poor performance by a product on which I spend my hard-earned money is a big disappointment.

Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach Front

The product comes in a tube packaging with a slanted tip for easy application. I found the tube attractive with matte white finish with a peach pink puddle on it with “milk” printed on it. The product has a very subtle aroma of peach fruit which, lingers as long as the product lasts on lips.

Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach Claims

It has a unique texture because most lip balms have petroleum jelly base and have a distinct slip to them, but this one has a face primer texture, so I guess it is made from heavy oils or silicon based products. This can be a disadvantage for some, but since my lips do not enjoy petroleum-based products, I prefer the texture of Peripera’s Lip Balm over the other drugstore lip balms.

This lip balm also lasts longer on my lips, and even after it vanishes, it leaves my lips hydrated. It also adds a peach-pink tint to lips that stays on the lips till the product is wiped off. This lip balm comes in three variants and although I didn’t test them, the performance of peach flavor has convinced me to try them as well and perhaps will add to them to my future hauls.

Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach Dispenser

Most lip balms disappoint me a bit because they don’t offer even moisture to my lips but this one has trumped them all with its texture, wear time, tint and moisture content. I have a bunch of lip balms but I find myself reaching for this particular one more.

Pros of Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach:

• An affordable lip balm
• Comes in a tube packaging
• Comes in three variants
• Has a subtle and pleasing peach aroma
• Does not have a taste
• Has the texture of a face primer
• Long staying power
• Perfect for those who shy away from petroleum-based products
• Adds a peach-pink tint to the lips

Cons of Peripera Milk Moist Lip Balm Peach:

• With Korean products, availability can be an issue for some
• From its texture, it is evident that it is made from heavy oils and silicon-based products and that might be an issue for some

IMBB Rating: 4.5/5
Verdict: I do recommend it to all those who regularly wear lip balms and love to hoard them. It will serve the purpose of a good lip balm well. It creates a long-lasting moisture barrier on my lips and adds a pretty tint to lips.
