Revlon Blush Brush Review

By Priya Sinha

Hello gorgeous ladies,

I must confess to all you beautiful IMBB family members that I am a makeup brush hoarder. Out of all things makeup, brushes have grabbed my attention and received love more than any makeup product. That’s because I feel if you have the right tools, you can make ‘fairly ok’ kind of makeup work for you. Also this feeling of mine got certified by my makeup trainer when I was taking a professional makeup course in India. Anyway, enough of ranting, let’s start with the review.

Revlon Blush Brush Review

A whooping CAD 19.99!!

how to use

My Experience with Revlon Blush Brush:

I buy all kinds of makeup brushes. Right from MAC to Sigma to EcoTools (my most favourite) to ELF and even those cheap (only in terms of price) eBay makeup brushes. In this long going love affair with makeup brushes, I sure come across great ones and ones that are super duds! This Blush Brush from Revlon is by no means a dud; in fact, it’s amazing.

Love at first sight! The packaging of these brushes is so luxurious and so gorgeous and so beautiful and so professional! It’s made of plastic but still the handle of the brush is like a matte finish material with red detailing at the bottom. Revlon calls it the ‘Diamond Grip Handle’. Also the neck of the brush has a glossy shiny red lining which looks so chic. Also the outer packaging of these brushes is very fancy. I must say, that Revlon was smart to package these brushes so beautifully because they knew people would ignore the price tag and get these babies home.

The Revlon Blush Brush does not shed or feel scratchy or rough on the skin. I usually use it for blending my blush and it does a great job at that. Also the size of the brush handle is perfect and does not weigh too much which is a great thing. It fosters smooth makeup application and is fairly easy to wash. Overall, I am super impressed with this brush because it offers great quality and ease of application. The price sure is steep, but I can overlook that for this good quality and packaging.

Pros of Revlon Blush Brush:

• Super gorgeous packaging
• Feels luxurious and professional
• All brushes have a ‘Diamond Grip handle’, as Revlon calls it
• Bristles are super soft and high quality
• Brush handles are the perfect size and weighted correctly
• Blends makeup well
• Easy to clean
• Does not shed

Cons of Revlon Blush Brush:

• Steep price tag
• Not available in India

IMBB Rating:

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Revlon Blush Brush?
Absolutely ladies! I highly recommend this Revlon Blush Brush to all makeup lovers as this is super high quality and professionally luxurious. I do agree that it is expensive for a drugstore brand, but if you can ignore the price tag, you will sure enjoy a delightful addition to your makeup brush stash.
