Hello everyone !
Today I’ll be reviewing another shade from the Revlon Colorburst range. I already had the True red and Peach colors from this collection and I absolutely love the red but recently I have been loving nudes and browns so I picked up two colors Chocolate and Hazelnut. I’ll be reviewing Chocolate, Hazelnut has already been reviewed.

Unique Elasticolor technology hugs lips with an explosion of color that feels virtually weightless. Innovative pigments provide immediate, release of rich color on lips in just one swipe. Contains film-forming polymers for longer wear and skin conditioning properties. Moisturizers and antioxidants including Sweet Almond Oil, improve lip texture. Moisturisers and anti-oxidants, including Sweet Almond Oil, improve lip texture.
I like the packaging of this range of lipsticks. It comes in a matte black case with criss cross dents and the cap shows the color of the lipstick which makes it easy to find the shade you are looking for. Also the lid closes well. I have carried other Colorburst lipsticks on journeys and they never been a problem for me.
This is a nice brown shade which can be described as dark chocolate color with a very slight shade of plum. In the swatches it looks the color of a dark chocolate but on applying to the lips it shows shades of plum. This shade is nicely pigmented and can be worn daily with one or two swipes and the color can be built for night wear.
While trying out the shades at the counter I had worn the hazelnut which is a much lighter shade than Chocolate and my mom had tried out the chocolate shade. Though this shade would suit any Indian complexion, yet later on when I wore this shade I realised that this shade suited my mom more than me and she has a lighter complexion. I am NC44 and she is NC40. So if you’re any number less than 44 I would definitely recommend this shade to you.
Finish and Feel:
This shade too has a glossy finish and is very moisturising like the rest of the shades in the colorburst range. This particular shade somehow tends to stay longer than my other colorburst shades and even after fading it leaves a plum tint on lips. It stays for around 4-5 hours with little bit of snacking.
Let me sum it up for you.
