Hi Everyone, 🙂
I took a little break from creating makeup looks. You know once in a while a little break does good to you. 🙂 I wore this strong royal blue graphic eyeliner while visiting a few places in Paris. We mostly went around Petit Palaise and areas around it just roaming around and enjoying the city. I created this eyeliner color using NARS Eyeshadow Outremer and Inglot Duraline. It’s a sharp graphic line in a bent triangle form. When I open my eyes it looks like I have a little winged eyeliner with a twist but the real magic is when I look down.:D It’s quite a bold eyeliner and not for everyone. But if you can dare to wear it, you would actually enjoy wearing it. At the end of the day makeup is all about expressing yourself and how you feel. 🙂 If this liner is too bold for you, you can also try my other royal blue eyeliner version. 🙂
I have done a quick review of NARS Outreamer Eyeshadow at the end of the post, just in case some of you would want to pick it up. 🙂 Also, I wore this makeup for good 7 hours and it looked pretty fresh by the end of the day. Do share the pics if you recreate the look. 🙂

NARS Outremer Eyeshadow Review :
It is described as matte vivid blue. It is a gorgeous royal blue with a hint of purple in it. It is a matte eyeshadow. A little hard to blend. Can really make blending a headache. It even goes patchy at times because of its very dry texture. I purely bought this eyeshadow because of its gorgeous color so i tried using it various ways and it pretty much always works for me now.
1. Use it in a patting motion with a flat brush. Literally pack the color on the lid. You might get a bit of fall out but it’s better than getting a patchy eyeshadow look.
2. Can use used to create a gorgeous smokey eye with a black base underneath.
3. Can be mixed with a mixing medium such as Inglot duraline to create a liner or a block of color. I literally scraped a bit of this eyeshadow, added a few drops of duraline and bang you go. Let it dry and it was on for good 7 hours without creasing or fading.
4. Can also be used sheerly with a tapered fluffy brush such as MAC 217. You can layer it up to get more intense color.
Overall, it is not the smoothest or easiest eyeshadow to work with.At times it also gets annoying, esp when you are in a hurry. But if you really want this color and want to make it work there is def a way to do it. I adore this eyeshadow despite its cons. If I finish it off, I would definitley repurchase it as well.
