Today’s review is about Schwarzkopf Essence Ultime Amber + Oil Anti-Breakage Intensive Mask. Here I come with yet another hair mask review from Schwarzkopf’s Essence Ultime range. I am loving the effects and the results of the hair mask so much that it has become a must-have for me. The Essence Ultime Amber and Oil Nutrition is a new range focused on repairing dry and damaged hair. The oil extracts helps in reconstruction of damaged hair.

My Experience with Schwarzkopf Essence Ultime Amber + Oil Anti-Breakage Intensive Mask:
It comes in a rose champagne colored round plastic container and a screw cap. The outer part of the container is also shimmery and has a satin finish. The packaging is very simple. The packaging is sturdy and easy to hold and use. The cap of the container is a screw cap. So, when you need to open or close, you need both your hands.
The consistency of the product is creamy. It’s not the hard cream but more like a body butter. It’s easy to work with such kind of creamy products as such products are easy to distribute. The product itself is white in color. You need to directly dig in to the product and apply it on the wet hair. Since the product is very creamy, it’s easy to apply and also wash off. The fragrance is very mild and hard to describe. It’s a pleasant smell which most of us would like.
It is recommended to use the product on wet hair for a minute and then wash it off. I normally shampoo my hair and then use the mask. I use the mask once in 15 days. I also do not use the conditioner when I use the mask. I leave the mask on for around 2 to 3 minutes. During this time, I finish washing the rest of my body. I finally rinse off the hair mask with lukewarm water. I also make sure that I don’t wash my hair too much while removing the mask; I use just enough water to remove the product. I towel dry my hair and you can actually see the results immediately. The hair feel much softer and detangled. The mask also creates more volume and does not weigh your hair down.
The only con is the lid. I have to dump the product on my head and then close the lid and then massage the product into my hair. I also have to wash the container from outside since it gets a little dirty. I have used the mask 4 times till now and have not seen any improvement with breakage as the product claims. But the mask results into soft, moisturized and healthy looking hair, which is appreciable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.
