Ohkay, now don’t hit me with whatever you have in your hand for blabbering so much about hand creams. Anyways, let me tell you; while writing this review, I truly feel like a Santa Claus, who has reviews for various hand creams for each reader on this blog. So today, I will be reviewing a real Christmas treat for your hands that is the three hand cream variants from TBS; the Frosted cranberry, Glazed apple and Vanilla Brulee hand creams. Let’s start with the review.
Plastic tube with screw caps.
My take on The Body Shop Frosted Cranberry, Glazed Apple and Vanilla Brulee Hand Creams:
I saw these tempting tubes on the TBS( The Body Shop) U.S. website and since then I was waiting for these to come to India. I have purchased them 3 weeks ago so I have given one week usage to each tube and now I am ready to review them for you all.
Glazed Apple Hand Cream:
This is a sweet apple scented hand cream and has a medium thin consistency. The hand cream is almost white in colour with a dash light mint green.
Frosted Cranberry Hand Cream:
This is a sweet strawberry kind of fragrant hand cream and just like the glazed apple variant, has medium thin consistency. This hand cream is also almost white with slight dash of light pink.
Vanilla Brulee Hand Cream:
This is a sweet caramel-smelling hand cream (exactly similar to the dairy milk silk Carmelo chocolate) and just like the other two variants, has medium thin consistency. This hand cream is off-white in colour with dash of yellow.
Once I apply these hand creams, they instantly soften my hands and kind of rejuvenates them. The aroma of these hand creams are truly heavenly and suit the festive season well and it stays for good 1-2 hour and then becomes faint. My hand feel soft, supple and nourished these are my real favourites. Talking about the staying power, the hand cream leaves a soft touch even after washing my hands but yet I feel the need to reapply them during winters; extra nourishment is always required by our hands. I have no issues with these as I love the nourishment they provide to my hands. They don’t leave any oil stains. With one rub, they get quickly absorbed into my skin. A win-win situation for me! Overall, these hand creams are true winners and surely they are going to prove to be healing and repairing for all the dry hands that are waiting for TLC. Don’t wait for the festive season to end, grab these babies! Get your favorite fragrance or all the three as I did, your hands will surely love these Christmas treats!!
