My Experience with Tony Moly I’m Real Tomato Mask Sheet Radiance:
I never expect much from my sheet masks. They are my skin maintenance products. They hydrate my skin and work as little “perk me ups.” It’s hard to tell a difference between one to the other. They pretty much do the job the same way and I loove using them. The only mask that has really wowed me so far is Too Cool For School Pumpkin 24K Gold Mask but other than that, I pretty much like all sheet masks, so far none has caused any irritation to my skin. I carry them with me when I travel and I use them before getting ready when my skin is really craving for an extra boost and I use them as mid-week pick me ups when my skin is looking blah! 😛 This one by Tony Moly is a very good one as well.
Here are the quick pointers:
1. The serum is a tad more liquid-y than many other sheet masks. It does tend to drip a little.
2. The mask snugs the skin pretty well and does not move.
3. It has a mild “after-shave” kind of a fragrance. It is not over powering and I somehow like it. 😛
4. Hydrates my skin well and adds a bit of glow to the skin.
5. Has not caused any irritation or sensitivity to my skin. I have used 3 of them.
6. The skin soaks up the serum pretty well and after 20-30 minutes when you remove the mask, your skin is a bit tacky with a little serum left on your skin. You rub in the serum and after a few minutes your skin looks really plumed and hydrated.
7. The glow tends to stay for more than a day. That’s pretty much how most sheet masks work.
8. Not very expensive.
9. Not available in India.
I actually quite like this mask. It does work as a quick “pick-me up,” easy to use, and no fuss. I have actually repurchased a few of these already. 🙂
