My Experience with Tresemme Platinum Strength Shampoo:

Let’s begin with the packaging of the product. The shampoo comes in a regular black-colored TRESemmé bottle. The bottle has a black press cap that closes tightly making a click sound and makes the shampoo bottle safe for carrying during travelling. The nozzle is neither too big nor small and it dispenses the right amount of the product. Also, there are various size options available for both the shampoo and the conditioner. The entire product description, ingredients list & other necessary information about the product are printed at the back of this bottle. Overall, the packaging is good, mess free and travel friendly.

The shampoo is a pearly white-colored liquid. It has a nice silvery sheen to it and has a very nice and refreshing flower kind of fragrance, which is definitely strong but not annoying. My hair smells really good after using this shampoo. The smell lingers for quite a few hours and then fades away gradually. A small amount of this shampoo is good enough to cleanse my short hair properly. I give a second wash to my hair when my hair is heavily oiled. The formula is lightweight and feels comfortable. It has never caused any irritation or allergies on my scalp.

The consistency of the shampoo is gel-like and not very runny. It just has the right consistency, which helps to spread the shampoo easily. It lathers nicely and helps to cleanse the hair properly. The shampoo perfectly removes all the dirt and grime from my hair and scalp. It leaves my hair shiny and bouncy. I love how soft my hair feels after using this shampoo. To test the shampoo alone, I skipped the conditioner and was impressed to see the results. My hair was not frizzy. It felt so soft and smooth to touch. There was a nice and healthy lustre on my hair.

They were very easy to detangle. Also, this shampoo removes excess oil from my hair and scalp without snatching the moisture. This shampoo does its job really well. My hair stays tangle free all the time. As a result, there is less hair breakage. It helped to tame the frizz when combined with the conditioner. It helps to control excess oil secretion from the scalp and helps to keep it non greasy for pretty long. Most of the shampoos, which give a smoothened effect, tend to make hair look sleek and limp but this shampoo makes my hair look bouncy and voluminous. Overall, this is probably one of the best shampoos I have tried from TRESemmé so far.
