What’s So Special About Ciate Paint Pots Hopscotch?

I’m a hoarder when it comes to nail paints. I always go for reds, pinks and oranges and trust me sometimes I have the same shade from different brands, yikes! Anyway,I’ll be reviewing this super cute nail paint from Ciate. I picked up 3 paint pots when I was in London just because of the packaging..They’re sooo cute. Read on to know more about these paint pots.

My Experience with Ciate Paint Pots Hopscotch:

Let’s just talk about the bottle first, isn’t it cute! Look at that cute little bow. I’m a sucker for nail paints and bows and I get the best of both worlds in this packaging! It looks adorable kept on my dresser.

Hopscotch is a beautiful bright orange shade. It will suit all skin tones but it looks fab on medium to dusky skin tones. I can’t pull of orange lips but orange looks good on my finger nails. The texture of these paint pots are creamy. But they aren’t opaque enough, I always have to use 2 coats. The finish is glossy and it dries fast which is a +1 for me because I’m very impatient and I always smudge my nail paint before it dries.

The brush is nice, nothing fancy or nothing that I can complain about. I prefer flatter and wider nail polish brushes as it covers more space in one stroke. Hopefully Ciate comes up with flatter brush in the future.

Staying power is amazing as well. It stays on me for 3-4 days without any chipping/ peeling. Don’t you hate it when nailpaints starts peeling off? Luckily that doesn’t happen with Ciate paint pots, they’re good quality as the price is high as well.
