I love using sheet masks, as they are quite easy to use and effective. Today’s review is on one such sheet mask from Beauty Formulas and interestingly, it’s called Snail Regenerating Facial Mask.

My Experience with Beauty Formulas Snail Regenerating Facial Mask:
I love the concept of sheet masks as they are non messy, easy to use, and effective. Let’s begin the review with the packaging of the product. The mask has a simple, attractive, travel-friendly packaging. The plastic packet bears all necessary details about the product like description, how to use, ingredients, etc. Usually, the facial masks come with just one step i.e. using a sheet mask, but this one has a two-step process. It comes with a regenerating serum and a regenerating sheet mask. We have to apply regenerating serum and then apply the sheet mask. So, according to the instructions, I applied the regenerating serum to my face and neck. The packet has enough amount of serum that is good for a single use. The serum has a nice and mild fragrance that is non-bothering and fresh. The serum is translucent white colored liquid. The texture of the serum is nice and almost gel like, but it is slightly on a runnier side. I applied the serum liberally all over my face and neck. After that, I massaged it thoroughly into my skin. It does not get absorbed easily and I had to put in a little effort to make the serum sink into my skin nicely. The serum did make my skin slight oily. This serum claims to nourish the dry parts of the skin and I am glad that it does that. I noticed that my skin looked nice and glowing after using this serum.
Now comes the second step, i.e. applying the sheet mask. The mask is a regular white-colored cloth sheet mask, but it is slightly different in shape. Most of the sheet masks come in one plane, while this sheet mask is stitched right from the middle from top to bottom and fits the contours of the face nicely. The chin area of the mask is stitched in such a way that it fits the curve of the chin well. The sheet has the cut out for eyes, nose and lips. The mask is also serum infused but the serum of the mask feels almost watery. The serum remains in the mask only and does not drip. The sheet mask has a mild fragrance that is not bothersome.
The mask gives a nice and refreshing feel to my face. I keep this sheet mask on my face for some 20 minutes till it dries out completely. Once I remove the mask, my skin looked slightly oily initially, but not sticky. I massaged the remaining serum on to my face and left it for 4 to 5 hours. I prefer using such masks at bedtime and I wake up with fresh and glowing skin next morning. When I washed off the mask, my skin looked neat and refreshing. There was a nice glow on my skin. My skin looked revived and nourished. The serum moisturized my skin. Also, I did not notice any skin issues after using this facial mask. Overall, I am not happy with this facial mask.
