Jordana Easyliner for Lips Terra Kiss Review

I am sorry I have been missing in action but I am back with another review. Everyone is a fan of Jordana retractable lip liners and I own two of them too. I recently came across a new colour and thought I should give it a try! Read on to know my views on this product.

My Experience with Jordana Easyliner for Lips Terra Kiss:

Packaging: The packaging of this lip liner is very basic and does look a little drugstore type.

Shade: First and foremost, I love this shade a lot. It can be worn alone or paired with some light shades which you want to make a little dark according to your skin tone and choice. I have used Jordana lip liners before and they are the best from the drugstore without fail. I love lip products but I don’t invest too much in lip liners but I would definitely pick all the shades in this range. It is not a new launch but it is quite a favourite amongst a lot of YouTube gurus.

Texture: The texture is really smooth and feels great when applying. Usually retractable lip liners have a better texture than wooden ones. But I must say that for a drugstore brand, they nailed it with the soft texture. The product glides on easily to the lips and doesn’t make them feel dry. It is light weight and feels soft on the lips. Plus it doesn’t have any strong annoying fragrance to it. But if you wear this lip liner alone, then it does transfer a little and also fades off after 5 hours. It doesn’t apply evenly on the lips at once so if you are using it for the entire lips and not applying anything on top then make sure you fill the lips in properly.

Other than that, it is prone to break due to the creamy texture. You don’t want to use a heavy hand with such delicate products. I have had tons of experience of breaking products because of using them in a rough way not realising they could break off quickly. So make sure you keep these few things in mind if you are wearing the lip liner as a lipstick. You might want to use a balm under this because it can settle into lines and not look the best on chapped lips. So just use a little balm and you are good to go. I didn’t use any balm or gloss because I wanted to see how the lip liner performs.

Pigmentation: Terra Kiss is a brown terracotta colour with orange undertones. It is highly pigmented and a beautiful shade.

Overall, I am happy with the purchase and I am going to pick few more shades from this range.

• If using as a lipstick, use lip balm underneath.
• It is not transfer proof.
• Doesn’t apply evenly on the entire lips at once.
• Can settle into fine lines if used as a lipstick alone.
