Eye lashes: Normal dense lashes with medium length

Hope all of you are doing great! I am back again to share my views on another NYX Cosmetics product which is part of their exclusive Boudoir collection featuring 7 different types of wands and qualities. So far they did great job with this product as I can see a difference in before and after eye makeup just by wearing it alone with a hint of liner. However I do have my share of disappointments so let’s read more about NYX Le Frou Frou Volume + Length Mascara!

My Experience with NYX Le Frou Frou Volume + Length Mascara:
The mascara comes in long black tube packaging with equally long and slender mascara wand with short dense fiber on applicator wand; I didn’t get idea of incorporating perfume in its formula though. Over all I find it to be a pretty user-friendly and travel friendly packaging.
This “Le Frou Frou Boudoir” mascara claims to provide volume and length to your eye lashes; it is certainly true to its claim up to a good extent. I definitely notice visibly uplifted and curled dense lashes post wearing this mascara; however I am more concerned about slightly dry formula. I won’t say it is average mascara in market because it definitely made a difference but at times it seems a bit clumping and cluttering on my lashes. I am not sure if it’s the mascara wand or formula which often appears feeling tacky on lashes though I can easily tackle it.
Coming over to the performance, it does not provide any dramatic effect to my natural lashes though I can feel a bit of length and volume, which will work well for normal outings or get together parties because personally I am not in favor of falsies, unless required for any particular show or event. It works perfect for days when I want subtle, no-makeup look yet want to create wide open big eyes with natural dense lashes as it does not make me look made up. I think it can be additional boon for beauties who are seeking natural volume and length in their eye makeup without looking dramatically made up.
Moreover I am impressed to see it’s nearly waterproof and smudge proof as it stays on and on for several hours without feathering around considering I have watery eyes. I have worn it several times in this humid hot weather and I am pretty convinced by its long lasting power which makes my eye makeup look so natural yet perfect. In fact looking at the price I feel it is pretty good if not great at such price with good features and qualities. But if you are seeking huge dramatic false lashes effect than I would recommend staying away as it is not intended for this purpose. I would recommend it to college, office girls who usually shy away from bold makeup looks as this product will take care of your concerns really well.

• Does not budge or transfer as well.
• Quite travel friendly and cheap product.
Cons of NYX Le Frou Frou Volume + Length Mascara:
• Not intended for dramatic effect.
• Feels slightly tacky on lashes at times.
• Appears bit dry.
• We do get better choices in drugstore at similar price range.
