How to Select the Perfect Coat

Coats have always been in fashion in various shapes and styles. Coats, jackets, overcoats, blazers etc are fashion staple for winter season. In fact a basic trench is a fashion must have for every girl. Coats are designed to gorgeously sculpt the body by emphasizing the waist line and the feminine form of the body while still offering a great amount of coverage which creates a very mysterious and elegant look.

The coat fabric and design can make you look instantly different. There are a variety of fabrics, colours and styles in coats to choose from. They are available in wool, tweed, corduroy, leather, cotton etc.. Leather coats can help you create a very sophisticated and sleek look, a look which will exude sensuality, style and confidence at the same time. Corduroy fabrics work for formal wear as it gives a smart and professional look. It is very comfortable to wear but will not keep you warm at very chilly places. For a more interesting style, choose a printed trench coat as prints are very popular this fall winter season. Animal prints fashion trend is in and can add just the right amount of sexiness to your outfit. If however you are more of a classic, try to opt for the vintage style trench, the trench coat which has classic lines and in the classical subtle colours like tan, beige, white, black, cherry red etc.

In India you can find the newest trends in coats, jackets and trends at all the major shopping outlets such as shoppers stop, lifestyle, pantaloons, max etc. Globus has a nice and reasonably priced fall collection up now. You can also check out many high end brands such as LV, Burberry (Invention of the trench coat is claimed by both Burberry and Aquascutum), Ck etc..
