Banjara’s Papaya Cleansing Milk – Review

Banjara’s Papaya Cleansing Milk

Today I am going to review the Banjara’s papaya cleansing milk.

Product Description:

Banjara’s papaya cleansing milk is a light and a gentle cleanser designed for daily use to remove dirt, grime and make up. Unlike other cleansers, it not only carries out the basic function of cleansing but has the natural properties of papaya which helps to exfoliate the skin, removes the sun tanning thus giving natural glow to the skin.

My take on Banjara’s Papaya Cleansing Milk:

I have tried their face pack. The only product that I have loved is their multani face pack. Their products are widely available in most local stores in Chennai. I try some products from time to time. One such product is their cleansing milk. Papaya is generally good for skin. I have the habit of applying papaya directly on skin and it gives a good effect to my skin. Trying a papaya cleansing milk seemed like a good option.

The product comes in a transparent bottle with a flip cap. The packing is small and travel friendly. It smells like papaya and off white in color. The fragrance is not overpowering and very comfortable for usage. Unlike the saffron cleansing milk, this didn’t sting my eyes but it failed to remove waterproof makeup at ease. It does clearly other makeup. It also evens out complexion on continuous usage. It did not break me out. It is moisturizing enough thus makes it ideal for dry and combination skin. Oily skin divas can skip this.

Cons of Banjara’s Papaya Cleansing Milk:

• Complete list of ingredients missing.
• Might not suit oily skin.
• Struggles to remove long wear and waterproof products.

This does an above average work in removing makeup that is not waterproof. I would not suggest trying this product unless you are fond of home facial.

  1. Guys,

Try Opel’s cleansing milk.. Thts wt thy used in most of the parlours for facials.. A beauitician introduced me to that and it was awesome.. Im oily skin too.. But it really removes dirt n moisturises well without overdoing it.. Will review it soon…

I have used papaya cleansing from banjaras before but it was mild and runny compared to opel’s.. Opel comes in a hugeeeee bottle for just 100bucks..

  2. the reason I dont like such mild cleansing milks because I feel that you have to put in more effort at removing the makeup and all the rubbing the skin again and again is something that i am not too comfortable with. Thanks for the heads up favheen. 🙂 good review. 🙂
