Banjara’s Cucumber with Multani Face Pack Review
Today, I will be reviewing one of my favourite face packs of all times. Banjara is a very famous brand among teenage girls and ladies who work and stay in hostel. Today, I will be reviewing one of their products, my most favourite pack from their range. I always prefer anything with cucumber as I love its refreshing smell and cooling and calming effects. I have been using this pack for more than 3 years now and would love to talk about this face pack.
Banjara’s multani with cucumber is undisputedly the no 1 solution for your skin after a hot day in the sun. It provides refreshing smooth skin and has mild astringent effects on the skin. It improves the complexion of skin and removes pimples.
Rs. 29 for 100 gm.
How To Use:
Mix required quantity of powder with water or rose water. Apply all over face and neck and avoid eyes. Allow it to work for 15 minutes and then wash with warm water. Rinse and pat dry.
For best results, use along with Banjara’s rose water.
My Experience with Banjara’s Cucumber with Multani Face Pack:
The product comes in a powder form in the typical Banjara’s packaging in a plastic pouch. I normally use this face pack with their rose water as suggested on alternate days after sun exposure. I also use it with milk or curd and sometimes with fruit juice (I normally have fruit juice every day and usually save a bit in the end to use it in face packs. This time I mixed it with papaya juice). It smells like cucumbers. It smells different when mixed with something other than water. I wash my face as usual and apply this pack and leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Like I said, I have been using it for years and I love this pack. It does what it claims, never had any breakout (I never had a pimple in my life, so I guess that’s not a point here, I have normal skin). As far as complexion is concerned, it is an excellent after-sun pack and cools the skin instantly and smooths out my complexion. Works wonders when used with milk and juices.
Pros of Banjara’s Cucumber with Multani Face Pack:
- Does what it claims as an after-sun pack.
- Has a calming and cooling effect.
- Did not break me out.
- Evens out complexion and if used regularly lightens the complexion as well.
- Cheap price.
- Tightens skin a bit.
- Easy availability.
- Has good control on oil for hours.
- Glow stays at least for a day.
Cons of Banjara’s Cucumber with Multani Face Pack:
- Can be a bit drying for dry-skinned beauties.
- No ingredients list mentioned.
Would I Repurchase Banjara’s Cucumber with Multani Face Pack?
Yes, till they stop making this pack. Dry skinned beauties can try this pack with milk, works wonders and doesn’t dry at all (I didn’t even apply moisturiser after using with milk).

Dharani, nice review, good it works for you. I have used Banjara’s pack only once or twice and it is extremely drying on my skin 🙁
try with milk or milk cream…make sure the powder is not too much in the pack and it should be like a cream….apply moisturizer afterwards…..hope it works for you…u can add lemon as well
i will try it dharini
well then i hope it works for you priti..thanks for commenting
I have to try it too!
my first face pack!!!stopped using now…your review made me nostalgic!!
is it?waht happened?
Is it easily available in the market?
ya its easily available evreywhere…..oily skinned beauties can use it wit curd…like i said dont take the powder too much and make sure its tick enough to apply..
I have tried Banjara’s Multan Mitti previously, the normal one with Rose essence i believe. I am not sure if this is just me, but when I washed it off, I felt like i had applied clay on my face. There definitely was a glow when I washed it off, but I dint like that clay effect. Is this expected? I use Multan Mitti from Hesh now, which does have a drying effect after I wash it off. I have an oily skin.
multani mitti generally controls oil…all clay based products and powder based are drying…u can see this with besan as well…u need to add something to contradict the dryness..after application make sure u dont get it dry dont sit under fan and make sure when washing its still wet…this helps combat the dryness a lot trust me…even applying henna make sure it never gets dry and put a cap always
