8 Best Treatments for Forehead Rash

1. Baking soda and aloe vera:

Using a mixture of baking soda and aloe vera on forehead rash proves to be a natural itch reliever. Take two spoons of baking soda and add some aloe vera to it. Mix together and apply on the forehead. Wait for some time and wash off with cold water. Baking soda and aloe vera both contains skin soothing properties which can help to treat forehead rash treatment.

2. Olive oil:

Olive oil proves to be an excellent skin moisturizer which helps to hydrate the skin, thus, preventing rash. Olive oil contains vitamin E and antioxidants which reduce the itching on the skin easily. Take some olive oil and heat it for some time. Massage your forehead with it and leave it overnight. Wash off with cold water.

3. Coconut oil and turmeric:

Coconut oil contains fatty acids which help to moisturize your skin, while turmeric contains anti-inflammatory properties which can help to soothe the itching and redness on the forehead. Take 2-3 spoons of coconut oil and boil it. Add some turmeric powder to the coconut oil and massage your forehead with this. Wait for some time and wash off with cold water. Do this regularly to treat the rashes on forehead easily.

One important and easy way to prevent forehead rashes is keeping your skin hydrated and supple all the day. You can choose any hydrating moisturizer so that it soothes your skin and prevents redness and inflammation. Take some moisturizer and apply a thick layer of it on the forehead. Leave it overnight so that the skin soaks the moisturizer completely. Wash off with cold water in the morning.

5. Apple cider vinegar:

If you have sensitive skin, you should not apply apple cider vinegar directly on the skin; dilute it with water. Using apple cider vinegar can help to treat the skin rashes easily and also relieve itching sensation. The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar proves beneficial in treating forehead rash treatment. Dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar solution and apply on the forehead. Allow it to dry and rinse off with cold water.

6. Ice pack treatment:

Applying ice on the forehead rashes can help to treat itching on the skin. Take few ice cubes and wrap it in a cloth. Apply on the forehead and massage for some time. Continue doing this for several times and rinse off with cold water. Repeat this 2-3 times in a day to get rid of the forehead rash.
