I am back with a review. My first one on IMBB. I love perfumes, but it does not mean that I have hundreds of them on my dressing table. I have three. One for everyday (Burberry Weekend), one for evening (Channel Mademoiselle) and one for special occasions, day or night (Narsisco Rodriguez for Her). All EDPs ( Eau De Perfume) as they have a much better staying power than a EDT (Eau De Toilette).

Product Description:

Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche SkinScent is a new, limited edition of Bronze Goddess collection which was launched in March 2013.
Originally, Bronze Goddess was introduced in 2007 as Azurée Soleil Eau Fraiche Skinscent as part of a collaboration between Estée Lauder and Tom Ford. It sold out pretty quickly, but it came back the next year, only slightly altered, as Bronze Goddess. It came back again, and sold out again, in 2009, 2010 and 2011. The one that I have is a 2013 version.

Top Notes:

Sicilian Citron, Calabrese Bergamot, Blood Orange, Sweet Tangerine, Provencal Lavender Flowers, Lemon Tree Leaves (Petitgrain).

Middle Notes:

Pittosporum, Neroli from Tunisia ORPUR™, Moroccan Orange Blossom ORPUR™, Indian Sambac, Grapefruit Tree Blossoms, Pink Lily, Nectar.

Base Notes:

Blond Woods, Iris Accord, Ambrette Seeds, Crystalline Musks.

My Experience with Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche SkinScent:

It has been a while since I have traveled. Last vacation was in Goa and I miss the beach. One day, I was just browsing the net and came across a review of this particular perfume and all of them said that it reminded them of summer Summer and beach! I am usually not so impulsive about perfumes.  I love them to the point that I respect the art of perfumes and don’t just buy every perfume, but with this one, I just went ahead and asked my cousin in the USA to send me one and waited with baited breath. And man! The wait was well worth it! This perfume is a beach vacation in a bottle and what a uber sexy bottle! It looks like it is dipped in liquid gold. The box is equally unique with a tropical print on it. I am sure that the bottle will stay on my dressing table even after the perfume is over!

Like its reviews suggest, this perfume is a vacation in a bottle. Beautiful coconut fragrance hits you when sprayed.
It’s not sweet but very sexy. It transports me to the beaches of Fiji, Hawai. I spray it on, whenever I feel down and low. It never fails! But it does not stay for more than 3 hours on me. It’s a Skinscent, something more lighter than EDT, that would explain the low silage.

Will I Repurchase Estee Lauder Bronze Goddess Eau Fraiche SkinScent?

I am slightly disappointed by its staying power but at the same time I am sold on it’s amazing fragrance. I might just get tempted to repurchase it if the SA sprays it to tempt me. I haven’t seen this limited edition in India, so I will have to rely on my cousins in USA for it, but then again it’s limited edition, so I am sure it will be reintroduced with some changes next time.
