Today’s review is about Creed Acqua Fiorentina Eau de Parfum.

My Experience with Creed Acqua Fiorentina Eau de Parfum:
Creed Acqua Fiorentina Eau de Parfum comes packaged in a transparent glass bottle with grey silver cap and engravings of pink roses and leaves all along the side of the bottle. The top of the cap has the ‘Creed’ symbol engraved in bright pink. The silver-grey cap is made of plastic. The perfume bottle is a little curved, which makes it look even more elegant. The cap closes tightly, so it is very secure.
The perfume itself is pale pink in colour. The outer packaging is also very good. It comes in a cardboard box with a leaflet where some information about the brand has been provided. The packaging is very typical of Creed and, of course, looks classy. The fragrance itself opens with a lot of fruity notes. It’s a mix of fruits and citrus but mainly fruits. I do not own many fragrances with fruity notes, so I picked this up.
The fruit-based fragrance works very well during spring and summer months. In this fragrance, the top notes are greengage plum, apple. The middle notes are of rose, white carnations, bergamot, lemon. The base notes are Virginia cedar, sandalwood, white grapefruit. As soon as you spray the perfume, you can smell the plum and apple fragrance which is quite fruity and sweet. It feels like a warm welcome. But normally such sweet fruity fragrances are associated with very young girls. I am a little conscious when I use this.
After some time, one can smell the middle notes like lemon and bergamot. It is not quite strong to notice all the other notes present in the middle note. I apply one spray on both my wrists and also my inner elbow. The sillage is not really great; just someone very close to you (physically) can smell it.
The overall fragrance from the time you spray till 8 to 9 hours is quite mild. When I wear fragrances I really appreciate it and would want others also to smell it from a distance. But this is not the case with this fragrance. The base notes feel quite dry and I could not smell sandalwood at all.
I would wear it to work to keep it simple but not to any party. It would not serve the purpose when used in parties or large gatherings. I have also noticed that the longevity gets reduced when used outdoors on a hot summer day. I bought this fragrance sometime back and recently I noticed a dupe in the store. This fragrance is very similar to Light Blue by Dolce and Gabbana which costs much lesser than this.

I would like to try a different fragrance as this one is not my absolute favourite.
