My Experience with Deborah Milano 24Ore Wet and Dry Velvet Eyeshadow:
The eye shadow comes in a black triangular plastic pan covered with a clear lid. The lid shuts securely. The eye shadow pan is small, pretty and compact. It comes with a tiny eye shadow applicator, which looks damn cute, but it is practically useless. It is impossible for me to work with such a small applicator. My Real Techniques starter kit is the best 🙂 The shade number and other details are mentioned at the base of the pan. The eye shadow has some swirl kind of pattern. It has the Deborah Milano logo embossed at the middle. Overall, the pan looks beautiful.
The eyeshadow is violet in colour. It has very fine silver shimmer which look subtle. It gives a kind of soft look to the eyes. This shade is perfect to be worn at evening parties. I use this eye shadow with Deborah Milano Peacock Eye shadow. The pigmentation is decent. Just two swipes are required to get maximum colour.
This is wet and dry eyeshadow. The shade looks light when dry and looks deeper when it is wet. The eyeshadow looks intensely pigmented when used wet. The texture of the eye shadow is so soft and creamy kind of. It feels so light on the eyelids. There is no fall out issue during application. It is easy to apply. The eye shadow blends so easily, like a dream.
It is smudge-proof up to some extent. It is waterproof. You will need a good eye makeup remover to take off the product. The staying power is 2.5 to 3 hours when used dry. The staying power is much better when it is used wet. Using it wet can enhance the lasting power. It stays for 4-5 hours when wet. Overall, I completely adore this cutie.
