Elianto Ultra Define Eyebrow Pencil in Charcoal Grey

Hello Beauties,

Finally, I am back after a short vacation and can’t tell you how much I have missed IMBB!! We visited Sabah for a week and it was amazing! Sabah has the most amazing shores with white sandy beaches and crystal clear blue water! It was heaven on earth! Climbed mount Kinabalu at the height of 3929 M in two days, though climbing was extremely tiring and not to mention steep with rocks, but it was a new experience altogether. Pics coming up shortly in future posts 🙂

Since joining IMBB, I have learnt so much that now I have started to build my own makeup essential kitty! Rather than splurging on makeup products which I don’t require, I am concentrating on building a basic makeup kit with all essentials and HG items! Eyebrows are extremely important in defining our face and are often neglected when it comes to makeup. Filling your eyebrows properly can lift the entire face makeup and take it to another level! My eyebrows are quite thick, but I do have quite few gaps in between which makes them look uneven. So while I was shopping at one of the big shopping malls here, I came across Elianto counter. For those who don’t know Elianto is one of the local asian brand and has quite reasonably priced products starting from 5 RM for nail polishes and 8 RM for eyeshadows! I tried their eyebrow pencil on counter and liked it very much, so bought it home with me 🙂

Product Description:

Elianto Ultra Define Eyebrow Pencil

This eyebrow pencil has fine and precise lining on dry or moist skin and it has even colour that pays-off. Comes in 4 shades – Light Brown, Dark Brown, Charcoal Grey and Twilight Black.

My Experience with Elianto Ultra Define Eyebrow Pencil in Charcoal Grey:

Since I have extremely dark and thick eyebrows, I knew I had to get something dark enough to match them and subtle enough to look natural! I requested the SA to show me the colors and she immediately gave me dark brown and charcoal grey to try. Dark brown was not dark enough to match my brows. Charcoal grey on the other hand was a good match for my brows and looked quite natural too! The eyebrow definer pencil comes in wooden pencil form and needs to be sharpened. The shade color and name is mentioned on the bottom, so its easier to identify. The shade “Charcoal Grey” is perfect for girls who have jet black eyebrows and just needs to fill in tiny gaps. The pigmentation is good and it does last all day on me which was quite surprising given the humid weather in KL.

Eyebrow pencils needs to be used with a very light hand and using soft strokes and this pencil gives exactly the same! When I first swiped it, I found it to be quite hard and not soft like regular eyeliners and the SA explained that the texture and pigmentation have to be softer compared to regular eye pencils to get a more natural look. However, I feel the texture could have been a little bit softer since it feels quite dry and hard.

Overall, I am quite happy with my first eyebrow pencil and would definitely recommend to beginners since it does a good job and is not heavy on pocket too!
