Essence Nail Polish Remover Hardening Review

Hello IMBBians,
Most of us are nail polish freaks and flaunt beautiful colored nails most of the times. As much as nail polishes play a role in beautifying your nails, the removers too play a role in removing any residue while caring for the nail surface. My Experience with Essence Nail Polish Remover Hardening:

I have lived all my life using Lakme Nail Polish Remover. I never changed it for many years and carried a bottle with me when I came to Netherlands. When it got over, my search for a new one started. I wanted the sponge one but was unsure on how to use it, so I bought this remover. Acetone free formula was what attracted me and along with the benefits of nail hardening, it was hard to resist.

The product comes in a white plastic bottle and it is see through, so you know the quantity of the product remaining. The white pearl color screw cap is sturdy and is tight. The product doesn’t have any stopper hole and the mouth is big, so it can be a little tricky when you want to pour out the remover. I end up using more than intended as the cotton soaks up more. So, this has to be improved.

The smell is more like a nail polish remover than strawberry and passion fruit, but it has a light fragrance. The remover is pink in color. The nail polish remover does what it is supposed to do. It removes nail polishes very effectively. The ones with a thick coat or a thick nail art need a little work but it does remove the nail polish without any residue, more like a squeaky clean way. It does contain Castor oil and we do know the benefits of it! It doesn’t contain any acetone, so it is extra gentle on the nails.

It doesn’t discolor the nail or makes the nails dry. After removing the polish, the nails look healthier and this is something I like about the product. I have been using a lot of nail hardening products as my nails were brittle and peeling. My nails are much stronger now and I have not seen them peeling off for quite some time now. With the nail polish remover too being the same range, I am sure that there will be no room for my nails to start peeling again.
