Enjoying the spring? It seems more like summers have already arrived and summers bring a plethora of problems for my skin, most notable being clogged pores and acne. I purchased Freeman Sparkling Pear Pore Cleansing Mask to combat the problem early on and although the price is on the higher side, I must say I am happy with the product. Read on to know why I like it.
I got it for INR 650 for 140 gm.
Are dirt, oils and grime covering up the true face of your skin? Help skin bounce back to a better state with this spongy-whipped clay mask! Skin-clearing clays are whipped to an ultra-light consistency, enhancing their ability to coax impurities out of skin all without the dramatic tightening effects of traditional clay masks. Willow Bark Extract, a natural source of Salicylic Acid, exfoliates and clears pores to reveal smoother, fresher skin. Pear Extract has astringent benefits to help minimize pore visibility for a perfected surface, and refreshing Tea Tree removes impurities without over-drying skin. Perfect for oily and combination skin.
My Experience with Freeman Sparkling Pear Pore Cleansing Mask:
Packaging: This mask comes in a bright pistachio green-colored tube which is inverted and sturdy. It isn’t very heavy but slightly big, but you can travel along with it. It has a flip cap which is convenient to use and causes no harm to my brittle nails. The tube has a small hole which dispenses the required product. The cute packaging has picture of pear and has all details mentioned on the tube.
I generally rely on clay masks to get rid of excess sebum and clean my skin from within. I love the deep cleaning properties of clay and this mask has whipped clay with pear extracts – it’s definitely an interesting combination.
The texture is lighter than other clay masks and you can feel the slightly mousse-y consistency of whipped clay. It goes on skin very smoothly and spreading it evenly is an easy job. The light green colored mask has a pleasant scent, although I can’t describe it accurately. I like how my facial skin enjoys the slightly cooling and refreshing sensation. I allow it to dry moderately, taking care not to let the mask crack up. Clay masks which harden and crack up tend to give you fine lines, so I am extra cautious. I wash it off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
My face looks so radiant and fresh. My skin tends to show stress signs very easily, so be it exams or relationship woes, my skin shows it all. Using this my skin looked so rejuvenated. There was no oily or “chip chip” feeling around my nose, my skin was glowing. It was matte, but it didn’t feel dry at all.
The oil-controlling action stays for 3-4 hours which I feel is good given my erratic skin type. I notice less open pores and pimples and feel that it definitely soothes and cleanses my skin. I am enjoying this product and am looking forward to more from their range.
