My Experience with Herbal Essences Moisture Balance Shampoo:

It comes in a transparent plastic bottle. It has a flip cap. The name of the brand along with its claims is printed on one side of the bottle while other details and instructions on how to use it are printed on the other side of the bottle.

Well, I got this shampoo because my hair became quite dull and dry due to exposure to so many hot tools. I decided to take care of my tresses and using a silicone free shampoo was one of the tips. The shampoo has got a mild fragrance of passion fruit and aloe vera. The smell is not overpowering.

I use the shampoo twice a week. It cleanses my hair and makes it squeaky clean. The aloe vera scent makes my hair smell fresh. It removes oil and dirt from the hair easily. I need to use it twice to get the oil out of my hair because I oil my hair heavily.

It doesn’t make my hair dry or frizzy but, to be honest, it doesn’t make my hair extraordinarily smooth either (but it doesn’t claim to do so, hence no complaints). All I can say is that it is a good shampoo that doesn’t have silicones.
