Hi Beauties,

What do you do when you love something way too much??? Try to get more of it?? Well, that’s true for me too. A few days back, I had reviewed the Inglot nail enamels; and expressed my new found love for its Color Play range of Nail Enamels. Well, Inglot is not available in my city, and I was really rueing the fact that I had not picked up a few more of these beauties. And it was IMBB which relieved my sorrow. I saw on IMBB that Inglot is available online, and I immediately ordered a few more of these (shades # 382, 383, 384, and 390). I have been test driving these since the last few days, and am now ready to review them for you.
About the product: This shade no 383 belongs to the Color Play Collection of Inglot Nail Enamels.

The perfect nail enamel provides durability, high gloss and a short to medium drying time. Does NOT contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, DiButyl Phthalate (DBP) or Camphor.

My Experience with Inglot Nail Enamel Shade 383

 

The Inglot Nail Enamel shade #383 belongs to the Color Play range of Nail enamels. These are all very pretty pastel, perfect summery shades, and were launched in Spring 2013.

The nail enamel comes in the routine black box packaging of Inglot. All Inglot nail enamels come in this standard black packaging, whereas the nail treatments come in a white packaging(so predictable…rolling eyes!!!!). The box has a hole cut in the front, which helps in shade identification. All details of the nail enamel are written on the box. The nail enamel itself comes in a square shaped glass bottle, containing 15 ml product. The wand is plain and simple and easy to handle. All in all, a very nice and simple packaging.

Shade number 383 is an nice bright pinkcolor. This is absolutely perfect for summer, for spring, for autumn…..in fact perfect all year round (uhhh…maybe except winters!!). The formula is just right. It is not very thin, nor thick and gloopy. It’s more of a creamy based formula, which settles down on to the nails to give a perfect natural shine and elegance to the nails.

As with some other pastel shades, this one does not apply streaky in the first coat, but out of habit, I apply two coats on my nails. It has a short drying time; it dries in 5-10 minutes, which is good enough for me. The micro-shimmer cannot be seen on the nails; instead it gives a very nice creamy sheen to the color, which looks very, very beautiful. Being a pastel shade, it may make some hands look darker. So if that is a problem for you, please check it out at the store first.
It remains intact for 6-7 days easily, with slight minor chipping on day 4. It might have stayed on longer on my nails, had I not removed it with a remover. It does not stain the nail at all, even without a base coat. The shine of the nail enamel does not become dull for a long time.

• Availability (Hey, not a con any more, these are available online…Thank you IMBB)
• No names to the shades
• Since it is a light color, may make some hands look darker
• May need to shake before first use, as the pigment and solvent might have separated.

Yes, I will definitely recommend this shade to all. It is a very nice, pretty, summery pastel shade, which is very low maintenance. The quality is excellent, and the longevity is superb.
