My Experience with Innisfree Green Tea Morning Cleanser:

The cleanser comes in a packaging similar to the Innisfree Green Tea Pure Cleansing Foam, except that this one is translucent. I like this feature as the amount of product remaining in the tube can be seen easily. The tube is light green in colour and has a dark green flip open cap. It has a pretty green tea leaf pattern on the front. The back of the tube has all information such as directions of usage, ingredients, etc.

The product comes out as a transparent gel. It has the fragrance of green tea. In fact, fragrance is listed high up in the ingredients. The gel does not lather a lot on damp face, but still feels soothing and cleansing on the skin.

I wanted a different cleanser for the morning as my White Pore Facial Cleanser from the same brand would dry out my skin eventually over the course of the day. I was interested in buying the CosRX Good Morning pH Cleanser, but decided to get this one when I heard it had the word ‘morning’ in it. This turned out to be a great option for my combination skin.

Coming to the application of this product, I use this in the morning after brushing my teeth. I first splash my face with lukewarm water. I dispense a pea-sized amount of the cleanser on my palm and rub my hands together to distribute the product. The cleanser feels like gel on the face and hardly any bubbles are created. I massage this on my face for about thirty seconds, and then rinse it off and pat dry my face. It leaves my skin smooth and soft. It does not dry out my skin, but cleanses it well. My face does not feel stretched or stripped of its natural oils. Overall, this was a highly satisfactory purchase.

Pros of Innisfree Green Tea Morning Cleanser:

  • Mild gel cleanser.
  • Leaves skin soft and smooth.
  • Does not leave skin feeling dry or stretchy.
  • Cleanses skin well.
  • Washes off easily.
  • Perfect for mornings in summer season.
  • Product will last a long time.

Cons of Innisfree Green Tea Morning Cleanser:

  • Contains added fragrance and alcohol.

IMBB Rating:
Would I Repurchase Innisfree Green Tea Morning Cleanser?
It is suitable for all skin types as it is not harsh or stripping on the skin. People with sensitive skin may have to check the ingredients as it does contain added fragrance. Yes, I would repurchase this as it is a very mild but effective cleanser for the mornings.
