It’s Skin is a Korean brand. The Fresh range of mask sheets has three types – light, medium and rich. Carrot is from their light range. Let us see how it worked for me!

My Experience with It’s Skin The Fresh Mask Sheet Carrot:
The mask comes in an outer packaging with instructions and ingredients in English which makes it easier to understand. On opening the package, the mask looked mildly wet from the essence in the packet. It was easy to unfold the mask, as the material of the mask was thick and soft to touch. The essence was not dripping from the sheet either.
The fit of the mask was not that great. It took in too many air bubbles and it was really a hard work to smoothen it out. I did not experience that with the other mask sheets from this range with rich essence. After 20 minutes, when I removed the mask, it was nearly dry. This was really a bad thing because your mask should be wet by the time you remove it or else, the moisturizing effects will not be that great because your mask will be taking in moisture from your skin once it becomes dry. The same way any dry surface sucks in water too quickly. So, one should be careful while using the mask sheet to not let it become, not even a bit dry!
My skin was hydrated to a small extent. It was neither looking refreshed nor plumped up like it usually did after sheet masking. That was a great minus for me. Also, the remaining essence in the packet could be counted as 2 or 3 drops. Someone has stolen my extra essence! It is always good to add up onto the hydrated skin with the excess essence, but this packet barely had any for my face, leave alone my hands and elbows! Even though it is supposedly from the light range, I really did not expect them to go light with the quantity of serum.
Also, the next morning, I could see that my skin had broken out. It had been a really long and painful process for me to overcome adult acne, and even two small shiny red heads made my agony go high.
Overall, I really don’t like this mask. It says it is for clear skin but it did the opposite for me. Also, I would like to add that each skin is different. It doesn’t mean that your skin will act in the same way, and even my skin might act differently in a different situation. Even if it was not for the breakouts, I would not have liked it because it just hydrated a bit, which was a far cry from the hydration I expect from mask sheets.

• Gives moderate hydration
Cons of It’s Skin The Fresh Mask Sheet Carrot:
• Very little amount of serum
• Not good if you are looking for good moisturization
• Hydration not enough for normal to dry skin
• The mask dries out fast since the essence is very watery
• The essence was sticky
• It caused me breakouts (might not be the same for all)
