In this post, I am sharing my views on Jane Iredale Eye Shere Eyeshadow in Brown Silk. It’s a quick-drying, crease-free eyeshadow, which gives a luxurious finish to my eyes. Do read on to know more about this product.

How To Use:
Apply to eyelid and blend with sculpting brush or fingers. Wear alone or under eyeshadow.

My Experience with Jane Iredale Eye Shere Liquid Eyeshadow Brown Silk:
I have always used powder-based eye shadows. Recently, I have started to experiment with cream and liquid eyeshadows. This new quest led me into buying Jane Iredale Eye Shere in the shade “Brown Silk.” Eye shere comes packaged in a tiny, rectangular shaped, transparent, flat tube with a golden coloured screw cap, which has an applicator attached. Applicator enables easy and smooth application.
This tube comes in a white-coloured cardboard box. The packaging is damn cute and travel friendly. It’s a quick drying, gloss textured, smooth and luxurious formula. Brown Silk is a beautiful brown shade with subtle golden and bronze shimmer. The creamy gloss texture is beautiful, applies smoothly and evenly.
This shade is nicely pigmented. Lasting power is easily six hours. It lasts much longer when applied above an eye primer. It can be applied on its own, or layered below or above other powder eyeshadows. I use this shade on its own. I layer it on my upper lid using the applicator provided. I also use it along with my other mineral powder eyeshadows from Jane Iredale, and it works equally good when applied as a base or layered above other eyeshadows.
This shadow is blendable; since the formula is quick drying one has to work quickly. This shade enhances the impact of the eyes and gives a beautiful shimmery and luminous finish to my eyes. I have also used it as an eyeliner close to my eyelashes. Since this shade is nicely pigmented, it can be used in the centre to pop the eyes. This shade looks absolutely beautiful when applied on its own. Does not dry or irritate my sensitive eye contour skin. Gives a smooth, luminous, shimmery finish. It does not crease or smear. It’s buildable to get the desired effect. It does not fade, needs to be removed with a makeup remover.
