My Experience with Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede Cologne
I really really wanted to try Jo Malone products. So both Sanjeev and I picked up a cologne from the brand. His is pretty much getting over and mine has not even reached 3/4th of the bottle. 😛
This cologne comes packed in this gorgeous glass square bottle with a little silver cap. I adore the packaging. I would repurchase Jo Malone solely for the packaging itself. 😛
When you fist spray it, it gives a lovely fresh floral fragrance which is slightly sweet. It actually smells like a rose mixed with apple and together they become like a really sweet fragrance. But once it settles down, it gets even sweeter and a strong sweet. It starts bothering me. All the crisp freshness goes away after a bit. It does not long too long on me – may be 3-4 hours. But the point is that I don’t enjoy it even for a few hours on me. It smells a bit sweet sherbet kinds to me. Sometimes I also get that notes of leather from this one.It find it transition weather fragrance something that is neither too approp fro winters nor too fresh for summers.

I personally don’t enjoy such sweet fragrances. It is just not for me. But I would absolutely love to try more from the brand. I’d probably mix and match it with other scent and see if it works for me.
