What Lotus Herbals claims:
This water proof sun block cream offers Full Spectrum Medium duration protection against damaging effects of UVA and UVB rays during outdoor sports, sun bathing, sea beach recreation and exposure to sun.
My experience with Lotus Herbals Safe Sun – Sunblock Cream Breezy Berry:
I love all safe sun products from Lotus Herbals and this sun block cream is no exception. I usually spend very less time under the sun. That’s why, this SPF of 20 is sufficient for me for daily use. But if you spend longer duration under the sun, you may require a higher SPF for complete protection from the sun. This cream is a light, moisturizing sun block cream which does not leave a white cast like other sun block creams and lotions. It doesn’t take any time in getting absorbed and smells of berries as the name ‘breezy berry’ suggests. I use it on my hands and face at least 20 minutes before venturing out in the sun so that it gets absorbed perfectly. It does not cause any greasiness. I repeat the application after 4-5 hours. The quantity is great and this tube will last me for a long time. One problem I face is some mild sweating which is the problem with every sun block but I do not mind it as long as my skin remains protected. Till now, this cream has posed no problems for me and is a perfect daily sun block.
Pros of Lotus Herbals Safe Sun – Sunblock Cream Breezy Berry:
– Waterproof and sweat proof.
– Provides full spectrum protection so less SPF is not a problem.
– Smells pleasant.
– Quantity is worth the price.
– Gives protection for 4-5 hours.
– Gets absorbed easily and does not leave any greasy feeling behind.
Cons of Lotus Herbals Safe Sun – Sunblock Cream Breezy Berry:
– Causes mild sweating but not such a big con for me.
– Contains parabens.
– You may need a higher SPF protection if you spend longer duration under the sun.
Overall it’s a great sun block for daily use and provides great protection from this scorching sun.
