MAC Venomous Villains Vainglorious Eye Shadow Review, Photos, Swatches
MAC Vainglorious Eyeshadow is a part of MAC Evil Queen Collection from Venomous Villains. MAC describes the shade as bronze burgundy. I can’t agree more on that. It’s a bronze plum burgundy shade with frost finish.
Price : Rs 900
The packaging is cute. You can see the evil queen’s photo printed on the cover.
Vainglorious is an amazingly wearable shade and imo a must have in everyone’s collection. You can wear vainglorious during the day or night and it never looks OTT. Also the color is such that it would compliment a lot of eye colours and most skin tones. You can wear vainglorious to work or for an evening out.
I mostly don’t like to wear vainglorious as an all over lid colour , I usually put it in my crease to define my eyes. However, I recently tried a smokey eye with vainglorious as an all over eye shadow and deep dark brown eyeshadow on the outer corner, I did like the final outcome. 🙂
Vainglorious is nicely pigmented, blends easily and has zero fall out. It a unique eye shadow and a great one for fall / winter.
I would say, a must have. Do check it out for sure. 🙂
