When I swatched the colour on my hand, I felt that I have a similar shade in my makeup stash. I took a few swatches and I am glad 😀 that none of the lipsticks I swatched looked exactly similar to this.
About the Shade Summer Sunset and My Take:
The shade 615 belongs to the Mayeblline Colorsensational’s Red lipstick group. Well, if you are not really aware of the fact, then let me enlighten you a bit here, Maybelline Colorsensational range was launched in 4 groups/families viz. Reds, Pinks, Mauves and Browns. You can identify the group of any lipstick by its packaging/casing. Find more/complete details here.
So, I was just checking the Maybelline counter while my friend was picking some nail paints from them. I swatched this lipstick and was instantly awestruck by the pretty shade. Without further ado, I got it billed. My friend saw the swatch on my hand, liked it and got one for herself too 😀
While the shade does belong to the Red group, it’s not a classic red at all. It’s a very toned down red, more of a slight red with hint of pink, like dark rosy pink with medium intensity of red in it. I seem to have a thing for such shades and end up picking similar shades most of the times 😛
So, I would suggest this shade to someone who would like to try/get started with a red lipstick. The shade is very pretty and in my opinion, it will go well on most skin tones. It has just very slight shimmer in it, which gives a nice sheen to the lips, but nothing very dramatic or over the top.

P.S.: I have applied it very lightly with a lip brush. Also, I have slightly pink lips, so most lipstick shades look different from what actually you see in the swatch 😛
