If you want to shed a few pounds, you must begin your day with green tea. Make some green tea over night and cool it down. Mix it with some chilled water and add ginger slices, mint leaves and two slices of lemon in it. Chill it in the freezer overnight and have it in the morning.
2. Aloe Vera Drink
The aloe gel does not only improve your skin and hair but is also great for your weight loss journey. You can make your own aloe gel at home or use any store bought variant. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of aloe gel in a glass of water. You can add a table spoon each of honey and lemon juice to it. This drink is loaded with minerals and antioxidant that improves your overall health along with aiding your weight loss.
3. Cucumber Water
This refreshing drink helps you to lose your belly fat super fast. Cucumber has high water and fiber content and it keeps your stomach full for hours even though it is low on calorie. Add 6-7 slice of cucumber to a large glass of water. Add crushed ginger, mint leaves and 2 lemon slices in it. Keep this in freezer overnight and have this water in the morning.
4. Fruit Delight
Give your body an overdose of Vitamin C and A with this fruity drink that also helps you a lot to shed the extra kilos. It gives your body a boost of nutrients and improves your immunity. It also helps to reduce the cellulite. Make a mixture of lime juice, lemon juice. Grapefruit juice and pineapple juice. Add a pinch of rock-salt in it for taste. Freeze it overnight and have it in the morning.
5. Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
This works super quickly and is my current favorite. It balances the glucose level in your body, reduces bloating and helps you to lose weight within a month. Add 1-2 tablespoon of vinegar in chilled water and add a tablespoon of lemon juice to it. Drink it every day and you will see difference within a month.
6. Banana Protein Smoothie
If you want a detox drink that will also work as a pre-workout mini meal in the morning, this is a great option. It is packed in proteins and nutrients that will keep you charged throughout the day. It also burns the aft and keeps you in shape while helping to build the muscles. Blend one banana, one orange, a scoop of whey protein, 1 teaspoon of flax seed, little ginger powder or little ginger paste and a spoon of honey together. Have this mini meal in the morning and you won’t feel like eating junks for breakfast.
7. Mint Lemon Water
Lemon water is well known for its detoxifying qualities. It helps to reduce the fat accumulation around the tummy area. Making this drink is super easy too. Squeeze one whole lemon to a glass of water. Add crushed mint leaves for a burst of freshness. Drink it first in the morning and have breakfast after an hour.
8. Cinnamon and papaya Drink
Ripe papaya improves gut health, helps in digestion and reduces blood sugar level. Cinnamon is effective in controlling blood sugar level. When these two come together, they make a potent weight loss drink. Blend some ripe papaya in a blender and add a pinch cinnamon powder to it. You can also add a little rock salt. Add little water and blend again to get the final product. This is also loaded with antioxidants and keeps your skin healthy.
9. Methi Water

Just soak a teaspoon of methi in 2 glasses of water overnight and drink the methi infused water in the morning. You will see significant result within 2-3 months.
