Morphe Blush Creme Lip Polish Review

Skin Tone: Medium, olive

Hi everyone,

I am a lipstick hoarder! Three years ago, I owned only two lipsticks in my collection, but later, when IMBB introduced me to this makeup world, I slowly developed my collection. Now, I am a proud owner of 77 lipsticks (yes, I counted!) Today, I will be reviewing a crème lip polish from Morphe. Crème lip polish is a new concept for me, so I thought to give this a try. Let’s see how this lip product worked on me.

Morphe Blush Creme Lip Polish Review

Product Details:
Pigmented, full-color lip creams that are super-comfortable on the lips while still being completely opaque. They have excellent wear time without ever being tacky and a glossy finish that wears down to a beautiful, even stain. Cool-toned baby pink.

My Experience with Morphe Blush Creme Lip Polish:

Packaging:  It comes in a matte black cardboard box with the brand name and shade name at the bottom. It has a small hole to identify the shade. The lip polish comes in a transparent tube which is easy to identify the color with a black screw cap. It does not come with an applicator which is a big minus. The product comes by squeezing the tube. The tube packaging is similar to Himalaya lip balm which comes in a tube form only difference is this is a transparent tube.

Shade and Texture:  The shade is a light pink with beige hint with good pigmentation. The shade suits people with light cool skin tone, for the rest of skin tones this shade really washes out. It has a faint vanilla fragrance which disappears after a minute. The lip polish has a creamy texture with glossy finish.

Performance and Longevity: I applied this lip polish with a lip brush. The application is very uneven because when I press my lips, the lip polish looks patchy and it settles into the lip lines. It feels heavy and also feels sticky and oily.

I think it can be used with dark lipsticks to tone down the color. As far as longevity is concerned, it stays on for 2 hours without meals. It stains coffee cups heavily and fades unevenly.
