Along with MUA Blusher Shade 5, which I have reviewed previously, I also got the Shade No 6 which I will be reviewing for you all today. I am in love with this shade and wear it almost everywhere even when I go for grocery shopping! Okay, let’s get to the review now, shall we?
Part of our amazing £1 line, our blushers come in six shades. They range from pink and coral to deeper plums and natural nudes, so you will definitely find one that suits you the most! Although to be honest with you, at £1 there’s no reason why you shouldn’t own all six! Just simply sweep across the apples of the cheek and up to the brow bone to create a soft yet beautiful contour. Gorge!
1 pound for 2.5 gm of the product.
My Experience with MUA Blusher in Shade 6:
MUA powder blushes come in small plastic packaging with see-through cover. The first thing that I noticed was that the blushes are so cute and small 🙂 The packaging is quite good and sturdy though I had difficulties in opening the blusher one or two times since it seems to be quite tight, but for the price, I am ready to overlook it. Another good thing about it is that you can throw this in your handbag for touch ups, it will even fit in your wallet 🙂
The shade No. 6 is a gorgeous rosy bronze color and looks absolutely stunning! The pigmentation is decent and shows up pretty good on me, for reference, I am NC 42 in MAC. This shade is perfect to give subtle glow to your cheeks! You know the kind of shade which looks natural and gives light golden sheen to your cheeks. People will wonder is she wearing a blush or not, but still her cheeks are glowing, hmmmm, what’s the secret? You get the gist, right? 🙂
The staying power is average and stays on me for 4 to 5 hours which is fine for me. I think this shade will suit every skin tone, it will show up rosy bronze on fair skin tones while give a nice bronzey glow on medium to dark skin tones! The texture is beautiful, silky smooth and blends easily! Since the texture is finely milled, there might be some fallout, nothing too much.
There is no chunky glitter or shimmer in the blush at all, it has subtle golden sheen. I do have quite a lot of open pores on my cheeks and this does not accentuate them in any way, overall, a must-try blush from MUA!
Pros of MUA Blusher in Shade 6:
- Sturdy and cute packaging.
- Beautiful rosy bronze color.
- Pigmentation is amazing and one to two swipes are enough.
- Does not settle in fine lines or accentuate the pores.
- Blends beautifully, no chalkiness.
- Can’t beat the price!
- Gives subtle bronzed look on cheeks!
Cons of MUA Blusher in Shade 6:
- Low staying power.
- Available only online.
This is how it looks on me, I hope you guys are able to see the subtle golden sheen on the cheeks.
Do I recommend? Yes for the price its definitely worth checking out plus the shade is absolutely gorgeous and will suit all skin tones perfectly!
Hope the review was helpful to you all. Until next time, take care and stay beautiful!
