Back with yet another MUA product but this time its one of my favorite and it their cream blusher in the shade Blossom! I always wanted to try cream blushes because of the fact they look so natural but since I have oily to combination skin I was a bit skeptical. But after reading some good reviews on the MUA cream blushes I gave it a go and boy I am glad!
These cream blushers are very versatile and multi-purpose. They can be directly applied to bare skin, layered over foundation or set with the matching matte blushers in the £1 MUA range. You can use blush perfection to highlight your cheekbones, shape your face, build and blend with fingers or a brush to create the colour intensity. The colour effects range from a light pink to warm shade, depending on method of application.
My experience:- MUA cream blushes come in 4 different colors and the shade I chose is Blossom which is stunning pink with warm undertones. Its perfect shade for everyday wear and gives natural flush on the cheeks! Kind of flush which you get after jogging. The blushers comes in rectangle plastic packaging with transparent lid. It contains 3.2 gm of product which is quite fair for the price.
The pigmentation is good not the best but good and can be built up. The texture is very creamy but after blending it settles in satiny matte finish which I totally adore. I am not a fan of dewy finishes since I am from oily skin family. The staying power is average, it stays on me for 3 to 4 hours only and starts to fade. I do try to set it with a powder just to increase the staying power and it does help a little.
It hasn’t broken me out or given any sort of irritation on the skin. The shade I believe will suit every skin tone beautifully! If you are above NC45 you may need to layer the product but it will it should work. I really adore the shade and would highly recommend to everyone who wants a cream blush with natural finish 🙂 The shade blossom reminds me of MAC Ladyblush cream blusher…its def a dupe 🙂
-> Decent packaging with transparent lid
-> Gorgeous gorgeous pink shade with warm undertones!
-> Gives most natural flush on cheeks
-> Did not break me out or caused any sort of irritation
-> Good pigmentation and can be layered up
-> Blends beautifully, no streaks!
-> Settles to satiny matte finish
-> Reasonably priced!
-> The shade is similar to MAC cremeblend blush in Ladyblush!
-> Staying power can definitely be improved
-> Availability is a problem since it has to be ordered online
Price:- 2 pounds for 3.2gm (approx 160 – 180 INR)
Do I recommend:- I highly recommend the shade Blossom if you are looking for a good decently priced cream blush which gives a natural look.
I hope the review was helpful to you all, until next time tc and stay beautiful!
