It is a beautiful shade which I enjoyed more than the last one. This is another ‘under $10’ product which is a must have for us beauty hackers.

My take on NYC Extra Large Latte Big Bold Plumping Lip Gloss :
Most of the lip glosses I have are in skinny to normal packaging but it is the first time I saw a jumbo sized lip product and not only is the tube is wide in girth but the applicator is huge as well which is good for full lip beauties but not so much for normal to thin lip girls.
Packaging: thick long tube – like a wide diameter test tube with a solid black, twist cap which has a big doe foot applicator attached to it. I like the packaging put it is not so easy to carry around since it does not fit in jeans pocket or small side pouches. Also, like I mentioned earlier, the applicator picks up a lot of product in one go which might be too much for some of us.
Texture: it is very creamy and smooth to apply but not too thick or tacky. It has a pretty water shine finish which I prefer over cream shine. It also has a mild tingling sensation which is meant to plump lips but it is little less than the last shade I reviewed; both are meant to have same formula but still the plumping effect was not too much.
Color: just like a cream latte drink, as if someone mixed cream in coca drink which gives a beautiful brown hue on lips. I was skeptic about the shade but it appeared to go well with bold eye makeup look.
Pigmentation: lip glosses don’t have good pigmentation nor is it the part of their job description so I won’t complain much. I wear a berry color lip liner underneath and then use this shade to get even tones glossy lips.
Shimmer and shine: it has water shine which is the next best thing to matte finish. It does not have tacky glitter particles like most drugstore lip glosses
Fragrance: the product has a chocolate-like smell which is a little over powering in first go but it dials down eventually.
Wear time: decent wear time like most lip gloss which is 2 to 3 hours and then reapplication is required but I don’t mind that since that is the case with most of the lip gloss.
Conclusion: I am really happy that I took a leap of faith and purchased these lip beauties. I already have three shades and can’t wait to buy other shades as well.

• Jumbo packaging with see through tube which makes color identification easy
• Ideal shade for all types of skin tones especially with dark eye makeup
• Produces mild tingling sensation to plump lips but not enough
• Small quantity goes a long way
• Stays for at least 2 to 3 hours and more
• Easy on pocket
• Available in 12 shades
• Tube contains decent amount of product.
Cons of NYC Extra Large Latte Big Bold Plumping Lip Gloss:
• Does not cover pigmented lips
• Plumping effect is not too much
• Doe foot applicator is bit too big
• No ingredient list provided
Would I repurchase NYC Extra Large Latte Big Bold Plumping Lip Gloss ?
Yes and would try to stock up all 12 shades. I advise all the readers to take a leap of faith like me and try these lip colors.
