I was searching for sulfate-free hair products when I came across this brand. The packaging was cute enough to convince me to explore the entire range. Even though sulfate-free Body Shop products were more than doing well for me, I decided to give this brand a try.

My Experience with Organix Citrus Mango Curling Conditioner:
Well like I said, I am using Body Shop sulfate-free range for almost a year now and I was more than happy with it, but then the issue with us girls is that we generally get bored using the same products over and over. The same thing happened with me and I searched and researched a lot on my next shampoo and conditioner. It was then that I came across this brand and I chose citrus mango conditioner because it was made specifically for my type of hair – i.e., curly hair.
It’s a pale yellow conditioner with that amazing smell of oranges and mangoes (both are my favorite fruits) and I use it with Organix biotin and collagen shampoo (for thick and full hair). I got this tip for curly hair from their website – while washing your curly hair, make sure you do a forward washing that helps in defining the curls. Also, after applying the conditioner, just keep flipping the hair with fingers.
I use it for 10 minutes on my hair for moisturizing my hair. I have learnt this from my experience of using it over two months now. The quantity required is very less, so I am left with almost 60% of the product.
I would rate it slightly better than Body Shop’s Rainforest Moisture range when it comes to moisturizing, that too with less quantity required. Also, the end result is much better as its specifically made for curly hair. Though my curls are well defined because I am following a very healthy hair care regimen these days, I don’t know how much of it is because of this conditioner. One thing that I want to highlight is the fact that I have got that extra bounce and voluminous hair. Its also a great choice if you are into co-washing (conditioner washing ) like me.
Pros of Organix Citrus Mango Curling Conditioner:
• Specially made for curly hair, it defines curls.
• Citrus scent, I am in love with it, not overpowering at all.
• Quantity that you require is very less, so it will last you long.
Cons of Organix Citrus Mango Curling Conditioner:
• Contains -cones.
• Once in a month, you have to wash your hair with a SLS-free shampoo to remove the build-up.
IMBB Rating: 4/5 (-1 for cones)
Will I buy it again or recommend Kaya Hyaluronic Moisturizing Serum?
Yup, its my new HG conditioner now, till I get bored 😛
