Organix Healing Mandarin Olive Oil Shampoo Review

Organix Healing Mandarin Olive Oil Shampoo

Hello lovely people,

I was really keen on finding some shampoo that is sulphate free and has less of harsh chemicals and finally after putting in all the efforts to find one I picked this one up. I had my eye on this one but never tried it, now finally the time has come. I am really trying hard to grow my hair and want all my damaged-looking hair to vanish away and this was the right choice. The variants were many like nourishing coconut milk, Hydrating tea tree mint, Renewing Moroccan oil, Ever straight Brazilian keratin and many more. All were infused with natural ingredients. So let’s see how it worked for my hair.
My hair type: My hair have become really thin because of rebonding and colour treatments. I have naturally straight and silky hair but they are extremely damaged especially the ends. But after using olive oil the damage has decreased. They look healthy now but not completely. So this one was a pick for me.

My experience with Organix healing mandarin olive oil shampoo:

Firstly talking about the packaging, the shampoo comes in a huge fat plastic bottle orange in colour. The lid is a golden flip-open one which was very convenient to use. But of course the bottle is a huge one , so ultimately it is not travel friendly. You will have to carry this shampoo in those small plastic bottles. I loved the packaging of all the shampoos and conditioners from this brand because the colours are very bright and eye-catching. Coming to the shampoo, the main thing about it is that it is sulphate free. I was finally relieved that no more chemicals would ruin my hair. I was attracted to buy this as it had olive oil and vitamin E as well which help to repair damaged hair.

Talking about the smell, I have never smelled a mandarin orange but the smell is exactly what you get when you slash a fresh lemon with a knife. The smell was mild and good enough. It is a good smell and I did not have any complaints regarding that. The shampoo in consistency is like those other shampoos we use, nothing different about that. It is very light orange in colour. I used it once with my hair oiled and twice on normal hair. Both the times it gave me similar results but when I had oiled my hair, I had to shampoo my hair twice because this shampoo does not lather much that might be because of the absence of those chemicals which make a shampoo lather a lot. But that’s okay, it cleaned out my scalp nicely. I used it with the conditioner from the same brand as the description mentioned to get better results. At the time of rinsing, there were less tangles in my hair but they were still there. It did not do any miracles but worked really nice for my damaged hair. Once I used it without the conditioner, still my hair were soft , they did not appear in a bad state. I am very happy with the results and my hair ends did not look damaged and they looked all the same from roots to tips, so that was the change I saw in my hair. Definitely a good pick and I will review the conditioner soon. I did not review it together as it is a different variant.

Will I repurchase/ recommend Organix Healing Mandarin Olive Oil Shampoo?

Yes, I will use this shampoo from now on because although Tresemme, Herbal essences and Sunsilk have given me great results , they made my hair fall to a great extent and this one did not which would be reason to go for this one again. Definitely, I will recommend to people who are looking out for sulfate free shampoos.
