As I have mentioned earlier, Pat McGrath have gained a lot of popularity now and she keeps on expanding her range every now and then. I have all these lipsticks from Pat McGrath in my collection now – Candy Flip, 1995, Omi, Flesh 3, Full Panic, Elson, Obsessed, McMenamy, Antidote, Full Blooded, Candy Flip, and Vendetta. Yes, that’s a lot, but these are the best lipsticks that I have ever tried. The lipstick that I will be reviewing in this post is called “Flesh 3,” which is really hard to get since it goes “out of stock” really quickly and is the best-selling shade from Pat McGrath’s Mattetrance range.

My Experience with Pat McGrath Labs MatteTrance Lipstick Flesh 3:

Mattetrance lipsticks come in beautiful, metallic black cases with moulded gold lips on it. This lipstick case is quite heavy and screams luxury. The black with gold detailing makes it look very luxe and classy.

“Flesh 3” is a deep brownish n*de shade which would suit most skin tones. The pigmentation of this lipstick is unreal. It delivers full opacity in just a single swipe. It feels very smooth and soft on the lips. Though the color in the bullet looks extremely matte, it does have a slight sheen after application.

This lipstick does not have any fragrance in it and is perfect for people who do not like scent in their lip products. It feels like a dream on the lips, extremely lightweight, and also makes lips appear fuller and plump.

Mattetrance lipsticks also do not cling on to dry patches of the lips, does not settle into fine lines of the lips. It is not transferproof but the pigment doesn’t go away from the lips even when I eat or drink. I haven’t noticed any feathering either with these lipsticks. I get around 9 hours of wear time with this lipstick. Louboutin lipsticks are closest dupes in terms of pigmentation and texture to this Pat McGrath lipstick.
