The Body Shop Eye Lash Curler Review

Today I am going to put forward my experience with The Body Shop eye lash Curler which I bought about 3 months back from TBS store, CityWalk. This is an essential eye tool that will allow you to flutter your flirtly, perfectly curled lashes

It costs around Rs 295. Comes with Two spare rubber curl pads (which I loved)

The Body Shop Lash Curler

The curler claims to make eye lashes look extra long and luscious. I always loved naturally curled eye lashes they hypnotize me because I have poker straight eye lashes and curling them with mascara takes hours. Even after moving my head clockwise & anti-clockwise for a neat finish I used to smear mascara all over my eyelids … yuckkss . So this product has come to rescue and helped me a lot to complete my eye makeup.

How to use:
Align the eye lash curler close to the lash line. Apply gentle pressure to the handles. Hold for 10 seconds then release. Repeat if necessary.
In the beginning while using it I had pinched my eyelids a couple of time … ewww which was very painful but now I have become expert… hehehe

The Body Shop Lash Curler

What I loved about The Body Shop Eye Lash Curler?

  • The cushioned handles which make grip better and help in leveraging right amount of pressure while curling.
  • Rubber rims grip eye lashes gently without pulling or damaging them. For a novice (like me) it’s a blessing.
  • Eye lashes stay curled for long hours. Using Mascara post it is super easy and enhances the look. Sometimes I just curl my eye lashes put mascara and kohl and my look completely changes in 2 mins … yippee

What I hated about The Body Shop Eye Lash Curler

  • Nothing as such. This is the first eye lash curler I have tried so far and pretty satisfied with it.

Do share what Eye lash Curlers do you use and you love/ hate them. So bye for now… Stay happy and keep shopping …lolz

  3. Nice review Shalini ! I’ve never used an eye lash curler..I attempt curling my lashes while applying mascara though I want to give this a try. I love TBS products!

  4. I have used two lash curlers – my first one was a super non branded Rs 20 lash curler an dI used to like that only so much. 😀 :d Now I have upgraded a little and realized that one must really buy good lash curler. A good lash curler not only open your eyes and make your lashes look pretty but they also don’t cause any harm to your lashes.

Thanks for the review, Shalini. I always wanted to know how this lash curler was. My friend had it and she was also quite happy with it. 🙂

    cool review

  17. It wouldn’t hurt anyone as control will be in user’s hands only. Put the pressure once you feel that it has been placed in a right way … and that right way would only be discovered once you use it
