My Thoughts on the Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black :
I loved the Ever Sheen Eyeliner which I reviewed HERE, because it was creamy and jet black. It used to give me those black eyes which one expects to have with a kohl or eyeliner. When I ran out of it, I was desperately looking for something to replace it, sine Ever Sheen as a brand is a bit tough to locate. So I was happy with my other eyeliners unless I got the Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black. It successfully replaced the absence of my ex-favorite eyeliner. It is like a “Dream” eyeliner for me. 😛 NOT EXAGGERATING. Now this isn’t one of the best sellers from Too Faced for fun right!! But read on to know more.

What’s to LOVE about the Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black :
• To start with, it comes with a smudger.
• The pencil sharpens well with a regular sharpener.
• It is creamy and soft. To be precise, it sometimes creates an illusion of liquid eyeliner whilst applying.
• Doesn’t tug or pull
• The pigmentation is fantastic. It is dark jet black.
• It doesn’t smudge, budge or bleed under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
• It is paraben and mineral oil and paraffin free.
• Works on the waterline too, without irritating the eyes.
• Stays on the eyes whole day. (read 8 hours)
• Doesn’t fade or wither. It is waterproof, 100%, tried and tested.
• The smudger behind the pencil is efficient and functional.
What’s to HATE about the Too Faced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Perfect Black :
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Just the availability is an issue. You’d get it only in “SEPHORA”.
Final Verdict:
I love it. I need not mention anything more about it. I would surely stick with this one for a long long time. It is my everyday perfect liner. It is casual and dramatic both, depends on your need and how you play with it. 🙂
