I’m here with another Victoria’s Secret review, but this time it’s not going to be make-up, I will be reviewing the Sheer Love Hydrating Body Lotion from VS!! “Hydrating” sounds like music to my ears in this chilly weather! 😀 Anyway, I received this as a gift from my sister a few days ago and I have been loving it!! It came as a savior in disguise for the dry skin that this weather has gifted me with!! I need not tell you about how amazing Victoria’s Secret is, because everyone is already aware, so let’s get ahead with the review! 🙂

What The Bottle Says: Fall in sheer love, bright and cheerful with fresh white cotton and luminous pink lily. Experience the luxury of fragrant hydration. Fast-absorbing formula contains nourishing aloe; oat and grape seed extracts plus antioxidant Vitamin E and C. Massage on for silky, replenishing moisture. Skin feels soft, smooth and touchable; the ultimate sexy sensation.

Price: It retails for $10 for 126 ml approximately, I’m not very sure of it though, since I received it as a gift!

Packaging: The packaging like all the other Victoria’s secret lotions is pretty!! I like how they incorporate that pretty quotient in every bottle and the names are quite appealing as well! 🙂 It is a pinkish white bottle with a golden cap. It has sheer love written with a golden background and some pretty lilies drawn at the bottom with a pink background. The back as usual has the claims and ingredients mentioned. The packaging looks classy and is travel-friendly!! They come in different sizes, smallest is 60 ml, I own the 126 ml which is the medium size and the larger one is 236 ml! 🙂

My Experience With Victoria’s Secret Sheer Love Hydrating Body Lotion:

Fragrance: The fragrance is OH-SO-AMAZING!! I really like the scent; it does smell of lilies but better. If you have tried the Bath and Body Works Beautiful day, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about!! It’s quite similar to that one and I love them both!! 🙂 There are some body lotions that smell amazing, but the fragrance does not last for long. With this I’ve noticed that the fragrance lingers around for quite some time, which is hands down, one of my favorite traits about this product. 🙂 The scent may seem over-powering to people with sensitive noses though!!

Texture: Texture wise, it goes on the skin really smooth, and that hydration claim, it lives up to it totally!! 🙂 It has a faint pink color to it, which I really adore, who doesn’t love pink after all? 😀 (The camera isn’t able to capture that though. 🙂 ) It is actually a water based lotion, which hydrates, moisturizes and makes the skin fee really soft and supple without being sticky, which again I like!! It’s good for both summers and winters. So a big “Yaaay”!! 😀

Lasting Power: I usually use it after my shower, and it lasts a pretty good amount of time, may be a good 5 hours. I don’t re-apply it though. I use it again before I got to bed!! But, I find it decent! 🙂 I wasn’t expecting it to be PERFECT, but something close to it, which it actually is!!

• Hydrates and moisturizes without being very sticky
• It is water-based, making it suitable for summers as well.
• The faint pink color is adorable.
• The packaging is really classy
• I like how the smell lingers for quite some time.

Cons of the Victoria’s Secret Sheer Love Hydrating Body Lotion:

• Has parabens.
• Only available online
• The scent may bother people with sensitive noses.

Undoubtedly!! If you noticed, I only have good things to say about this!! It is my new found “LOVE”! 😀
