My Experience with Zoeva 129 Luxe Fan Brush:
The brush comes in a nice and soft black colored silicon zipper bag. The bag is sleek and keeps the bristles in shape. Hence, it is easy to carry and travel friendly. The brush has a long black handle with the brand’s name and brush details engraved on it with silver fonts. Overall, the packaging is nice and the quality of the brush is good.
The bristles are white and not dyed into any color. The bristles are made up of natural synthetic fibers attached to a silver ferrule. The brush hair feels soft and feathery smooth on the skin. My sole purpose of buying this brush was to apply my highlighter since I am quite obsessed with using highlighters. This brush provides a nice and subtle highlight on my skin. The broad shape of the brush head gives nice, light-reflecting results. It deposits just the right amount of the product and prevents the highlighter from looking over the top. This brush is great for powder makeup.
The brush is of nice quality and the bristles do not lose their shape with washing. The brush is very easy to clean with a mild soap. It dries out pretty quickly and the bristles retain their original shape upon drying. But the brush sheds a lot of hair. After two washes, hair started to shed a lot. I never expected this brush to shed hair like this! I have so many brush sets from the brand BH Cosmetics.
They are quite inexpensive and of great quality. I have washed those brushes so many times and none of the brushes shed hair while this fan brush started shedding hair with just two washes. I have been using it for more than a month now and I can see shedding even when I am applying products on my face. Overall, this is not worth the price I had paid.
