Since I read that so many people are struggling with their liquid eye liner..I was wondering how I started doing a perfect line right from my school…not boasting , but SO many people have asked me to show them how I draw mine. I recently noticed what I was doing..I have been doing this for years , but have never noticed..it is almost mechanical….. :)

I hold the liquid liner in my right hand , bend forward and rest the pointy tip of my elbow on the dresser mirror. That way my elbow is rested on a firm place and I just move my wrist along my upper/lower lashline to draw the line. And THAT is how I have been drawing a perfect eyeliner for years !!!

Note : You need a steady firm mirror to rest your elbow on. It can be a mirror mounted on a wall or a dresser mirror.

Try this and let me know if it worked :)

This was one of the hardest things for me to do, makeup concerning, when I first started off, but it all takes practice, I guess. Good tips, gurl! :) .-= Alexandra Z.´s last blog ..▪ Barbie Has Gone Bananas! Makeup Look -D ▪ =-.

I lean on my wall mounted mirror and rest my forearm on it..
I am almost hugging the mirror…. :-P :-P :-P

And then i move my wrist.. Yeah.. That’s it!!! :-D :-D :-D

I wonder if that :monkey: read this tip or not. She misses out on reading all the useful things and concentrates fully on all the evil wicked things around. Good Grief!

It’s becoming harder and harder to keep tabs on all the evil things…

Nice article! Funnily enough I find it easier to apply liquid liner than pencil! In spite of having to rush to work every morning and a hyperactive 16 month old tugging at my dress during the process, am still comfortable using a liquid liner during those mad mornings! :silly: I guess its all thanks to 15 years of practice! ;)

Now trying to learn how to use a pencil liner correctly! Hopefully I’ll learn that too with practice!
