Today, I am going to my current favorite blush- Deborah hi-tech blush in shade Rame. I got this after this blush was reviewed in the shade Paprika at IMBB and I was so tempted by it that I had to get one of these blushes. Since Paprika was out of stock, I got it in shade Rame and I am very glad that I got it.
My experience with Deborah Blush Rame:
This blush comes in a black flip-open case with a see-through upper lid. The blush is dome-shaped, which makes it easier to pick up right amount of product. The blush looks baked, though the packaging doesn’t mention this. It has a brush under it which is kind of stuck in my blush, so I can’t comment on it.
Rame is a very beautiful peach coral color with fine golden shimmer. The color doesn’t look attractive in the pan, but when I applied it for the first time, I was totally stunned. It gives a very beautiful peachy coral touch to the cheeks. Golden shimmer is very subtle and fine and is hardly seen on the cheeks. It is a perfect summery color when you don’t want all pinky cheeks but when coral and bronzed cheeks look good. Though it will look better in summers, I love to wear it nowadays too. It has become my go to blush. This color will suit fair and medium skin tones better than dusky tones. The color is quite natural and can be used daily.
The pigmentation on this blush is superb. One swipe of brush on the pan is sufficient to pick up required amount of blush and then give appropriate color to cheeks. Staying power of the blush is again great. It easily stays on for 5-6 hours on my cheeks and fades very beautifully and evenly. It is very easy to go overboard with this blush because of the pigmentation but it doesn’t look weird even after applying in excess accidentally.
This blush has very smooth and soft texture which makes the blending very easily. Because of the soft texture, some of the blush scatters in the pan after swiping the pan with the brush. Though this is a problem, I am not much bothered by it because it is nothing in comparison to the plus points of this blush.
Pros of Deborah Blush Rame:
- I just love the way it looks on my cheeks.
- Superb pigmentation
- Awesome staying power.
- Very soft and smooth texture.
- Blends very easily and evenly.
- Doesn’t fade in uneven patches.
Cons of Deborah Blush Rame:
Some of the blush scatters in the pan while swiping the brush on it
Will I repurchase/do I recommend Deborah Blush Rame?
Highly recommended. You should definitely check this out if you looking for a neutral blush with coral tones with awesome pigmentation and staying power.
