Hello Beautiful Ladies,

Collecting nail polishes has been my hobby since I was a child and my passion for them has increased with time. The present situation is that I have more than 100 nail polishes and still I never find a good shade to apply, so I keep on buying more. I love my collection and though I have more than actually what’s required, I don’t feel like giving it to someone else. Today, I will be reviewing a nail polish from Inglot.  I always wanted to try Inglot’s nail polishes, but never got the courage to spend almost 500 bucks for a nail polish, but finally, I tried one and loved it so much that I couldn’t resist myself and bought two more.  The shade that I will be reviewing today is number 006 and it is a pearly white color.

INR 600 (earlier they were priced at INR 490, but Inglot has raised their prices and now retail these for 600).

Packaging:

These nail colors come in a square shaped transparent bottle with a black cap.  I am fond of their square shape and the smoothness with which their cap opens. The bottle is packed into a black box with a circular hole in the center which enables to see the color without actually opening the box. I love the box so much that I store the polishes in the box itself.

My Take on Inglot Nail Enamel 006:

Shade No. 006 is a beautiful pearly white color which is not very high in pigmentation. It is basically a soft color that needs 2-3 coats to become completely opaque. Inglot does have some more pearly whites like these, but personally, I love this one the best out of the lot. The consistency of the color is amazing; it flows effortlessly on the nails. Some girls might see it as a con; the way it flows might sometimes become a bit difficult to handle, but personally, I love this about nail polishes.  A single coat of the color does not impart much color, but it still looks beautiful and makes the hands look recently manicured. Consecutive second and third coats make the color completely opaque. The polish might seem to be streaky in the second coat, but once it dries, no streaks are visible.

Drying time of the color is also pretty good. I don’t have to wait for 10-15 minutes to allow the color to dry. Once completely done, the color stays for around 2-3 days after which it starts to fade from the top edges of the nails. But fortunately, as the color is not so dark, the fading is not very prominent and does not look bad.  The polish has a typical nail polish kind of smell which thankfully goes away soon after application.

Overall, I am glad I picked this color – 006 is something that I would apply whenever I want to get a simple yet elegant look. It’s perfect for office and can also be used for parties with dresses having silver work to get perfect princess like hands 😛

• Perfect for office wear, but can also be worn to parties.
• Its consistency makes application effortless.
• Dries pretty fast.
• Stays perfect for 2-3 days and does not chip even after 3 days (might fade from the ends).
• Smooth, easy-to-open handle.

Cons of Inglot Nail Enamel 006:

• No name mentioned on the color, it sometimes is really annoying to identify the color by numbers.
• The color is too flowy in consistency which might sometimes become difficult to handle.
• Pricey (especially now when they have raised the prices).

Would I Repurchase Inglot Nail Enamel 006?

I will go for some other unique colors from Inglot, but will not buy the same color again from this brand, as I feel that there will be some other cheaper options available in the market.

Would I Repurchase Inglot Nail Enamel 006?

I personally feel that every girl must have a pearly white color, so girls if you don’t find something similar to this in other cheaper brands, then this is a pricey but a good option.
